Lies - how are you gonna deliver one package and forget another then lie and say that the front door was not accessible. I’ve got every time stamp to hold you accountable. Crazy thing is. Nothing will happen. If I ran a business like this I’d be shut down in no time. Pathetic.

ITS A GOVERNMENT JOB I NEVER SEEN ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES ON THE PHONE WHEN THEY SHOULD BE HELPING THE NEXT CUSTOMER. So I just left here trying to return a package. And there’s a flamboyant individual working but then he jumps on his phone and started talking then get up instead of assisting me then he turned around and came back and told me I needed to put my items in a package when it was already in one so him. So I told him/her that it stated that it needed no packing. He really wanted to talk on him/her phone. So I left and now driving 30mins to go to another location. 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 worse service in the world

Today I was notified a package was delivered to my mailbox. When I got my mail the postman had left 3 keys all on one ring and no numbers on any of the plastic attachments. I therefore tried all 3 keys in every box that didn’t have a key in it and it didn’t open any of them. Obviously the Riviera Beach postman put three incorrect keys in my box and probably kept the one he was supposed to put in my box. I tried to call but of course the post office is closed now. Great job, postman. Now I wonder how I will ever be able to get my package. My box number is 452. You need to put the right box key in my mailbox. By the way, one of the 3 keys you left in my box by mistake is stuck in a package box I tried to open. I left all 3 keys attached to that stuck key. You should try to pay attention to what you are going in the future. It’s not that hard to put the correct package key in someone’s mail box. If I could have rated you 0, I would have.

I recently moved to Florida due to being homeless and I moved here to couch hop with friends and family. I did not have a permanent address so I had to have my food stamp card by general delivery. I was told by multiple people that it would be delivered to this exact address. I went there multiple times and they said “ nah man we don’t do general delivery here” so he gave me a bunch of different addresses to go too. I went to 4 different usps stores and ALL of them told me it would be at this one . I went back today and basically demanded that they look for my items, lo and behold all of what I needed was there!!!!! So it has been sitting there for over a WEEK while I’m outside homeless and couch hopping and he basically just refused to look the first few times. I didn’t catch his name but he was an older African American gentleman(don’t trip I’m black) I just find it completely unprofessional at the lack of help he was willing to provide someone in their time of need. A younger African American gentleman with waves helped me out after I told them I know it’s here but I didn’t catch his name. Thanks so much to him but not the other man. A federal investigation should be opened on their workers here because it is very apparent they don’t take their GOVERNMENT JOB seriously !

Horrible experience, made an appointment for a passport service, arrived there extra early and once called to the front desk they want to let me know their appointments have been cancelled for the day. The clerk said there was an email sent out and calls but no, I didn't receive anything. It was such an inconvenience, leaving work early and with my 2 kids. Customer service is very unprofessional and it makes you feel uncomfortable like begging for help.

I have been the passport agent at this location for 4 or 5 years. I am so sorry for the ones that had a bad experience with getting your passport done at this location but there is supposed to be more than one person doing passports at each location. Thank you so much for submitting your reviews. We are working on avenues to make things better. Your input means a lot and God bless.

I want to thank Dennis from the Post Office. A package was shown as delivered but it wasn't. I raised a ticket, and the following day Dennis called to check on me and the status of the package. Fortunately it was delivered shortly before his call, so I was glad everything worked out.
I want to thank this post office for their customer service, and for being human, picking up the phone, and speaking directly with the person that needs help.
God bless you and the rest of the Riviera Post Office staff.

If you want to get depressed and disappointed by the lack of brains and Customer Service, that the mediocre people have at this place book an appointment here. It is obvious that the worst customer service that you can receive is from the government for a government office, but this place takes it to another stupid and mediocre level. I took off work to get my daughter’s passport made and they called me 30 minutes before my appointment while I am parked outside to cancel the appointment on me the people in this place they should look for another job because they don’t have the decency or the professionalism to even do their job. No wonder why this country is going to hell.

I'm sure my review adds on the the rest of the one star reviews. If I could give a negative I would. I did not go to this office, but Dennis Ramos, who works in this office, replied in an email to my concern and instead of providing options, provided no help to my concern of multiple people using my address as their own. I'm that person that will make sure USPS knows you lacked the ability to help the public. I pray you find some peace an happiness instead of taking your bad attitutde out on others. Serve others with kindness or don't serve others at all.

4:00 on a Tuesday, sept 24 2024, and there are 15 people in line and 1 attendant. They just don't care here. Not sure why this place is allowed to run this poorly. It’s been a 30 min wait. This place is bad.
