They don’t answer the phone I was on hold twice for 15 minutes before hanging up
Mail goes missing and packages are never delivered they say they left a notice and never did they knocked and left after less then a minute while I was using the restroom didn’t even have time to get to the door I open the door and she’s getting in the car and blankly ignores me at the door she did not have my package in her hand while knocking on my front and back door
And while the mail I’m supposed to get is going missing I’m still receiving mail that isn’t mine for a person who hasn’t lived here in probably a year or so I put in a request for that persons mail to be returned to sender and am still getting it but my mail isn’t arriving properly
Can’t even get in contact and don’t really have the health to go to the office as I’m a pregnant toddler mom

worst post office in the country. The posted hours mean nothing. the Post Office hours are listed 9am-2PM at by 10AM the place is still locked. Go anywhere but here!

It’s Monday, 11:30 am but the door is locked. They’ve turned away 3 customers due to them cleaning? The cleaning young lady, with a broom and windex visible points at the door where the sign states they open at 11:50 am. Unbelievable. They can’t clean on the weekend. It’s always something wrong with this USPS. Uff the worst.

When staffed, not bad (but slow) but for the too many times I am sitting outside at 11 a.m. Wednesday Riviera Beach office that isclosed. Many unhappy people have walked by.

I had a very helpful and friendly employee today assist me with forwarding my mail. The place was empty which is more than I can say for the Blue Heron office. Always 20 people in line at that one.
