Appalling customer service from the pharmacy, listen to all the reviews, don't go here- save yourself. This has been my family pharmacy since I was born & I will never step foot in here ever again. They are so rude I am in shock how Walgreens can allow it. Rude being an understatement. The lady named Mia LITERALLY THREATENED to not sell me my medical prescription, while she was already holding it in her hand, and ready to be paid for (is this even legal??). Simply because she didn't like that I had some simple questions I was trying to understand and I wasn't getting the clarity from her that I needed, so how dare that I continue to try instead of just going away unhelped like she wanted. The audacity of her to retaliate by trying to deny me my prescription speaks volumes, and I hope Walgreens looks into it.Even the two pharmacists there Mia and Kayleen were also arguing with each other as well, not letting each other speak and getting frustrated and rude with each other! Never seen anything like it. Major attitude problem & toxic work environment that they feel it's ok to project that onto the customers and think it'll just be tolerated.... Their "customer service" approach is basically to take on a hostile attitude to gaslight you and try to dismiss you, the customer, in hopes to make you just go away so they aren't bothered by you. Honestly, I had even called when they first opened at 9am to ask same exact question I had before having to go there in-person later, but it was same demeaning exchange over the phone with the other person there, Kayleen. Wouldn't let me finish any sentence & was quick to yell over me anytime I tried to get a word in.This terrible experience could have been avoided completely with the smallest amount of effort or consideration. 100% unnecessary and 100% uncalled for.To top it all off: Before exiting the store I stopped to share my experience with a manager because I was in shock, and when I turned around to leave I see the lady Mia who had come over from the pharmacy that was across the store, overheard, & was LAUGHING directly at us! Quite literally laughing/mocking me for going to speak to a manager, as if my complaint or experience wouldn't be taken seriously either so it's all just so hilarious to her that I had even bothered.Aren't there certain standards required by law for "professionals" who work in the health care industry?Walgreens- seriously, you need to hire better and quick. The pharmacy would not take incoming calls. Drive there to find Rx not ready. 3 trips to get prescription.

Last month they filled my prescription no problem, now they’re giving me problems saying they have to call my dr but, have yet to call him. Rude pharmacy techs don’t even say hi just open the window and slide the blue thing to put the payment. They said “they can’t do anything for me” when I asked so how come last month it was filled but now you guys can’t? “Her response was “maybe last time the person didn’t notice” ok so the last person knew how to over ride it is basically what she’s telling me? Lol makes no sense the pharmacist explained the situation and still helped me since I didn’t know. Very nice pharmacist, but very rude techs

Worst customer service ever. Can you believe that a business can yell or scold a customer? Moving to CVS, Mia at this location is absolutely the last person to work in customer service at any level.

Love the store clean and the staff is on point never saw them off from there task . The assistant manager Ali is so kind and constantly trying to make the store the best it can be . Overall I love going there it’s definitely 100 percent

The manager who is an older white man by the name of Gload is extremely RUDE! It’s ridiculous for these people to keep their jobs and still be miserable and make the customer’s experience there so unpleasant. If you run into him, check out his customer service skills. ?

Terrible customer service, was doing a doordash order around closing time & card wasn’t working (card works everywhere else) and they couldn’t wait 5-10 mins to let me try card again and just closed registers and store in front of my face and put items back while I was clearly waiting for the card to work.

The store is very conveniently located and has the an enormous selection. The pharmacy is always there when you need it. 24 hours a day all day

This pharmacy service is horrible. I stay on hold every time at least 20 minutes then disconnected. The staff very ignorant

I spent 45 minutes on hold for the pharmacy. Three series of different hold messages. Then, you guessed it, I was disconnected. Called back and on hold for another 30 minutes until I got a message that the pharmacist was going on break and I could hold for another 20 minutes and I would keep my queue. Really? Ridiculous.

Honestly I don't think this Walgreens will ever change... Physically wise, and the behaviors of customers are ridiculous have no manners. Do better Riviera. Reason why my gf sends me to the store, some people have real bad anxiety going out this isn't the place for you if so. Just side note need better security especially by the ATM. The AGM and Manager are super professional and run the store very well overall.
