Originally was at the Honda dealership across the street and didn't like their customer service at all. They felt very pushy, wouldn't let me leave. I went to Nissan across the street and Randall was very helpful, honest and straightforward. Great personality and didn't feel pushy or pressured at all. He was very patient especially considering they were almost closing. With Randall's help, I ended up finding my car! Came back the next day, great vibes, good energy, everyone was very helpful and nice! Omar was helpful and did everything he can to satisfy us. Mark was awesome too! Mark helped us and got us the best rates! Loved everyone's personality there. Thank you Randall, Omar and Mark for your patience and assisting me with my first car purchase!

We cannot say enough about this dealership, I-95 Nissan, and our positive.experience. Sales Randall Evans and Steve Bass (Mgr) were absolutely caring, cooperative, helpful, and professional . They enabled us to purchase the car we wanted. They found rewards and incentives and also applied careful consideration to enable the best deal. Mike Fine made financing easy and humorous. Incredible experience. First off my Wife & I did not expect to be purchasing a Nissan Pathfinder Platinum today. We were looking at Pilot, Telluride, Atlas and ended up at Nissan. We were treated spectacularly by Dudley and Manager Andy. They were considerate, gave us our space and time to consider options, and they let the vehicle speak for itself and supported us throughout. Overall, we could not be happier with our experience and are very excited to be Nissan customers!! Thank you!!

Great job guys! I've had mixed feelings about service on my new cars previously. I was very happy to meet Shayd. He was very polite and professional. He took care of all my concerns and had me on my way in no time at all. I highly recommend this dealership and service department. They definitely know how to take care of their customers.?????

Their variety was good. Salesman are good. Took my keys at the start to inspect my old car, never touched it. Asked to see a new car and was able to drive an older car with much more miles. After insisting that I wanted to purchase the newer car they tried to pressure me to buy same day on the older car with more miles. It felt very greasy. The financing manager didn’t want to let me look at the newer car. It was a struggle to get my keys back and they seemed to not take no for an answer. I’m glad I bought my car elsewhere.

I came in for a check engine light on my Sentra, and although my vehicle had a transmission failure my experience at your place of business was successful. I came in emotionally shaken by how scary it was getting there with in and out acceleration on these fast paced roads. I was greeted with a smile, listened and spoken to calmly, and responded to with kindness and utmost professionalism. I was taken care of by Noah and he made a difference in my day and week! I went in just to browse around, I’ve never had a Nissan before. Just always Mazdas. But I was surprised how attentive everyone was, specially Andres Perez. I had a horrible 5 hour wait service visit. First let me start by saying that they do not allow you to make oil change appointments any longer which I think it's a horrible decision. I sat there patiently waiting and then after 4 hours of sitting there being ignored, I saw that my vehicle had been brought down from the lifts. Over an hour passed by and I am still sitting there with no news about my vehicle. I noticed that my vehicle had been parked in the lot and no one came out to let me know. When I approached the service advisor Noah, he told me they were very busy. I told him no one has come out to let me know anything about my vehicle or anything. I WAS IGNORED THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE....UNACCEPTABLE!!! There was a couple there with a little baby, and the same advisor came out about 3 times to inform them of their vehicle status and another lady that was there. But he ignored me the entire time while I was there. There should NOT be a reason for a service advisor to ignore customers while they sit and wait on their vehicles. Have the courtesy of acknowledging customers and see if you can make the experience better. I have spent a lot of money servicing my vehicle here and a courtesy check up would have been very appreciated. If the dealer is short staffed, they should let people know ahead of time and let the customers decide if they are OK to wait. And have the courtesy of acknowledging them. ???????

My elderly parents went there to perform a routine maintenance. They left with a brand new car instead. They took completely advantage of them not only because they are elders but also because they do not speak English very well! I tried to back out their deal but because Florida doesn't have a "cooling off period" that was it. Be careful when you go there. Not only they stuck my parents with a basic car but also they could've bought an UPGRADED model for the SAME PRICE. When I pointed that out my parents got so upset and felt so betrayed by this dealership. Do you think they offered a trade? NO! Nissan I-95 do NOT look out for you or your elders and customers in general. 100% dissatisfaction!

Be wary of doing business with any dealerships managed by Leo Barquero. I was verbally abused by him and his staff at Southern 441 Nissan for calling them out on the illegal fees they were trying to charge on Lease Buyouts. This review is not a reflection of current staff at I-95, but I wanted make potential customers aware that Leo thinks it's perfectly okay to berate customers over the phone. Seems that he doesn't like dealing with customers who have educated themselves so that they aren't scammed by dealerships.
