This is the worst company. Even the corporate office couldn’t resolve the issue with the local office. The local office especially the manager has the worst attitude. He could care less.

Always a great experience working with these folks. My regular service is spot on under normal conditions. Sometimes a backlog after storms, but that's normal. Local staff that I've dealt with at the disposal sites were friendly and knowledgeable.

Whenever I have a bulk pick up, waste management, staff is always professional, helpful and easy to work with. They give me a time and day and always stick to that. I have a confirmation number and it’s a pleasure to deal with their staff.
