Shay was the greatest! I was trying to use my Apple Watch to pay which failed, ran to my truck to grab my grab, and my chip was malfunctioning. All in the while she was extremely polite, helpful, and patience with me! With her help I was able to get back to my kiddos in the car faster. Bless her!

Just no. Daytime she's doing coke off the toilet and constantly leaving the "in the bathroom- back in 5" sign- while the line builds up to over 6 people + the owner of this location is LUCKY most of us are honest. Isn't anything they could do if we all walked in- got stuff- and walked out since the store isn't manned 80% of the time. One night a customer in front of me said she called the cops because she couldn't locate anyone at 3am. Police found them sleeping in the back room.

Omg the overnight person working tonight 5/19/2023 is without a doubt the RUDEST person I've met in forever. Acted botherd by the fact that there were customers in the store. I understand her arm is in a sling but it dont hurt to be friendly or ever just greet the customers. My god if your that unhappy then find a new job. Unfortunately this isnt the first time ive dealt with her. I'll just stop at Circle K from now on.

Wow, I went into this store at 2215 hrs. to buy two bags of the world's best Columbiam coffee. I took my two bags of coffee to the register, and a young gentleman dashed to help me. A young lady behind the counter told the employee who wanted to help me, "Haven't anyone trained you yet on a shift change? I have two registers to close, and this guy must wait." I saw the disappointment in his eyes and the embarrassment; to me, it was inappropriate. This individual should have never made that kind of comment in front of a customer. It belittled the employee and made her look like a poor employee that does not have the company's interest in mind.Meanwhile, the young woman is counting cash in front of me, with the only thing on her mind is closing out the two registers and going home. Good thing I was not there to rob the place! Is there no policy of counting cash and filling out the cash receipt documentation in the back office? This way, a register could be open to make sales and keep Seven-Eleven's cash flow flowing. She then tells me, "Sir, you must wait." I said okay, how long will I have to wait to purchase my coffee, her response. "I have no idea?" I said okay, keep the coffee, and I will go to another store. I walked to the door and commented that there should be a better system. This is where the young woman made an abysmal decision; she stated, " What did you say?" I am a highly educated individual and own multiple successful local companies; this statement was an inappropriate challenge for a customer that could have caused an incident with a customer who was ready to take on a cashier who had forgotten any de-escalation techniques she had been taught. I turned and told her I felt there should be a better system, and once again, she stated, " We have a system, have a good day, sir!" The tone was very inappropriate!Bottom Line:1. This young woman set the stage by berating a fellow employee in front of a customer.2. Counting a handful of cash on the counter, endangering customers.3. Not having a cash register open so that the flow of customers would be uninterrupted.4. Challanging a customer! This is a danger to everyone in the store. If a customer is dissatisfied and makes a comment on their way out, it is best to let it go and not say anything. This young woman violated this policy and therefore endangered everyone in the store. The convenience store industry has no room for passive-aggressive or confrontational behavior.Action recommended: Terminate this individual before she creates a situation that could cause harm to your store's patrons.04/30/2023, I want to update my post on a positive note. 7-Eleven contacted me at the office and apologized for the bad experience. They also assured me that retraining would be the order of the day for all concerned. Oh, thank heaven for 7-Eleven, Kudos to their management. They actually listen to their customer feedback! Cheers.

Amber was extremely rude to a store full of customers!! She was upset her replacement had not gotten there and continued to fill a to go order as the line to check out got longer! When asked if there were any employees in the building, she screamed out, "I am doing an order and have screamed it out three times already!!" I have continually gotten BAD service at this store and only go there for emergencies as I live .2 miles from the store. I try to avoid ALL seven elevens if possible! Buyers beware!

“Closed to stock the store” is what the attendant to me at 2:45 am from his car as he was smoking a cigarette. Avoid this store so you don’t deal with the same inconvenience

I've been there several times. The place is very dirty and doesn't look like it been cleaned or stocked. The ice machine was out and a bag of ice was sitting on the counter next to the ice machine. The slurpee machine had nothing that was frozen enough to drink. I definitely would NOT eat any of the prepared food. Definitely a health risk.
