Staff are great but recent update that tries to force you to spend hundreds to be able to combine coupons is pure gouging, there an Oreillys and Autozone both withing spitting distance of most Advance stores, I suggest you check those out before being treated like a moron by Advance.

10 March 2024 The purpose of this letter is to outline the fantastic service provided by the employees of this business. I refer to the Advance Auto Parts store on 600 Barnes Blvd. On the evening of 8 March 2024, I discovered that one of my tires had been punctured. The manager and his assistant, Kevon (unsure of spelling) assisted me in examining the problem, suggested a tow service, and a tire service. They allowed me to park my car in the handicap space overnight (I have a handicap tag), this way I would not damage the wheel by driving on a flat tire. Later, Kevon informed me he was off the clock and gave me a lift so that I would not be stranded overnight. This was not a service provided by Advance Auto Parts and was purely the judgment call of the employee. This generosity should be rewarded. The next morning I had the car towed to Discount Tire and had the tire replaced. I greatly appreciate the assistance these employees provided on this night. Sincerely, Nathan Shaw

I would just like to say thank you to I think his name was Bill (his wife’s name is Amanda, we have the same name). He saw my confusion as soon as I walked into the store. Helped me immediately, quick, very friendly. Just put my nerves right at ease. I will be coming back for all my car needs to this location. Exceptional customer service. Thank you so much.

Terrible experience with some kid named Cody. He sounds absolutely clueless. Terrible customer service. This is why you don't hire high-school kids. Will never shop there again.
