Honda told me I needed almost $2800 worth of work. I brought it here for a 2nd opinion after reading the reviews on how honest they were. They found nothing wrong! Jim, Richie and John were very kind and answered my many questions. I will definitely be back if I have an issue and will recommend them to others!!

My brother in law came to Florida from Texas to deliver parts in Miami. He started having major problems with his cargo van in Jacksonville. Auto Zone recommended Advanced Automotive after it was showing multiple codes. Ritchie Russell repaired the van very quickly and charged a very fair amount for the repairs. Appeared to be honest. The mechanic Jim made sure to take the time to explain to me what repairs were required on my Volvo. And also helped me look for a more affordable option. My brakes were grinding and brought it in the morning and before the store was closed, I had my car back. Don't have a bad thing to say about these guys.Service: Brakes

I was introduced to Richie by a good friend soon after I moved to the area. I don’t go anywhere else. I have many friends that go to him and I recommend him to anyone in need.He is honest and upfront. He is a hard tireless worker and gets my car back quickly.He does not nickel and dime you or add on charges or work that many places unfortunately do. In fact he always gives me options that may be more cost effective. How many mechanics give you options that make them less money? He also shops for parts to get the best price and save me money.

They have almost anything you can need, it's just considering do you want to pay that price, because most things you may need are not cheap there. Unless you came in for wiper blades for your car, like I did they also put them on my car for me even though that's their policy, it was nice not to have to do it myself. Also they were very polite and helpful
