I have utilized their services twice- both times they were extremely helpful. The 2nd one was a challenge for Justin & he kept at it until he got a result. Jen was just as helpful as she transported my heavy desktop computer to my car as she remembered that I had back issues. I already told Jen I’m coming back with a third project for them. I highly recommend them.

Really pleasant to work with. Jen is great. Took my eco printer for cleaning after years of neglect. Jeremy was determined to get two stubborn jets unclogged and was successful. Appreciated his determination and tenacity. Pricing was good too.

We were having issues printing in color on our commercial grade Brother printer we purchased in 2020 for personal use. After troubleshooting with Brother over the phone for 45 minutes, it was recommended we take it in for servicing to a licensed repair shop, and Brother recommended Altec. We were reluctant to invest more money on this machine and considered purchasing a new one, but ultimately decided to bring it in to Altec because the new model uses different ink cartridges and they are rather expensive Our color cartridges were almost full. My husband spoke with Jenn at Altec and brought it in to the store. Jeremy, the tech, took a look and the repair was a simple one. We were charged for a half hour for labor and the part needed, a very inexpensive cost in the end. Both Jenn and Jeremy were professional, kind and what inspired this review ... honest. This business could have charged us more for diagnostic labor time and parts we didn't need and we would never have known. We would highly recommend Altec Business Technology to both businesses and consumers. Honest people doing honest work ... a rare gem in these times. Many thanks ... for the great repair (works perfectly), great service, and restored faith that there are honest businesses in our community. 10/10 stars and our gratitude!!

Wyatt at Altec was a pleasure to work with and extremely effective. Without him my company would have been victims of a cyber attack and we would have lost very critical company data that would have costed us millions of dollars. I would 100% recommend him and his companies services to anyone looking to protect their company data in this rapidly advancing technological era.
