I worked with Jay, from store 6333. I came to Auto Zone to get a new car battery and turn in another battery from a different car to get the $50 core valve. Jay looked it up and it was still under warranty and applied that credit to my new battery.

Jay, Eric, and Uncle D were so awesome thus evening! I had a tail light out and all the other stores were already closed.
