I had Bavaria Auto Center change the oil pump (big job) on my X3 M40i, the customer service and communication were top notch. The work was also completed quickly considering my issue popped up Thanksgiving week. They also went above and beyond with little things like replacing the battery in my key fob and more.
Top notch business I highly recommend.

4/9/25: We recently had our 1999 Boxster, which we owned since new, repaired by Bavarian and couldn't be more pleased with both the service (major engine repair) and the friendly, professional attitude given to my wife and me. Very pleased with the service they did on my 2012 MB. The tech at the front desk are very knowledgeable & interested in making sure my car is serviced with what is needed. No sign of trying to upsell on service that is not necessary. I always drive away satisfied & that their interest is in providing quality service

Down to earth true customer service, qualified expertise and a reasonable price. Sure beats mechanized mobile link deliveries of the things wrong with your car sent to your cell phone from a dealer and a list of thousands of dollars of repairs. After such a second horror, one from our local Mercedes dealer and from our Jaguar dealer. Both sent me automated sticker shock repair lists mentioned above. But Bavarian Auto Center helped me see I didn't need the whole axle, just the boot cover. I think I found a great new mechanic. And good ones are very hard to find. I'm definitely going back. Kudos to them for their service integrity.
