Ms. Minnie Dogan, went out of her way, to help my son. She was so courteous, and carefully help us understand what we needed to know. Everything came out accurate for my son tax refund. Thank You Ms. Dogan for helping our son before he going back on duty.

Incompetent. They don't know what they're doing. They filed an unauthorized/unapproved tax return on my behalf. Now, I have to correct the mistakes they made by using a competent tax professional. I requested a refund, but I haven't heard back from them. I will be reporting this office to the IRS for filing an unauthorized and fraudulent return.

Overcharging. They wanted to charge an additional $135 ($240 total with $85 base) for adding a healthcare marketplace form. For reference: this does not add additional time to complete the tax return. They’ve gotten too expensive to use.

I gave my "tax expert" most of the documentation for my taxes 1 month prior to the filing deadline, I was just waiting on an out-of-state form. After my tax expert didn't respond to my email and phone call for a week I called the office and set up an appointment. They didn't have any for that week and I had to wait another. During my appointment, I was there for over 2 hours and he still wasn't done with the 3 additional forms I provided. He stated they would be done by friday (my appointment was on a Wednesday). I called Friday and I was rudely told they were very busy and not to rush them and would be done on Monday (The day taxes were due). I called Monday morning and they gave me an appointment for 3:30. I arrive at 3:25. it was after 4:30 when i was seen and all I had to do wassign my documents. This was an awful experience and I'll be doing my own taxes from now on.
