I requested tv boxes and they took old boxes and taped to my new tv’s. Very disappointing. Then they make you pay the whole amount in advance and if you’re dissatisfied on the other end, I don’t know what happens. I was disappointed in the quality of help they sent to my residence could not recommend again.

I have use Steve Brand and his group twice in the last year to move from Florida to Texas and back. The first move was great, they were able to pack up my stuff into single truck and delivered 4 days later. The second move was one eventful. I scheduled it a few months in advance and my schedule was still up in the air the day before the move. The crew showed up and loaded pretty quickly. However I found out that they had to move my stuff from that truck to a long haul truck, so my stuff was moved more than I would have liked. However, through all of that my stuff arrived in good condition and Steve was always responsive and willing to get information from the driver or dispatcher as needed to keep me updated.

Used them to move and store my stuff in June. When we picked up our stuff from storage we were missing 2 boxes. May not seem like a lot but when you only had 14 boxes to begin with it is significant. We broke down our valuables of 40 years to the minimum. Our bed was one item we moved because of my bad back and we had just purchased an ergomattic bed frame. One of the lost boxes containing all the wiring to set up the bed and the remote controls and legs are missing! Cost is over 300.00 just to replace these items alone. Contacted the owner several times, even sent pictures which I took as they loaded out stuff into moving van clearing showing all our items, owner response was we never received it. What? Where is it? My name and phone number where clearly written on every box and item yet they don't care enough to find it. When you pick and choose your valuables some are just irreplaceable, but to have them not care enough to try and locate and avoid my calls is ridiculous.

They were very professional both in their estimate and their movers. They disassembled my stuff, moved it all in one day and reassembled to have us living in our new house that same day. Hard workin people!

Absolute joke of a company with the most ignorant foremen. Paid them to move me 4 miles, they packed my indoor a/c units 15 feet high. Fragile boxes are located 10 feet in then 10 feet straight up. You would think a pool table that was already packaged would of been put in the same unit, well no they felt it was more exciting to spread it out amongst 3 units. That theme follows all the bedroom furniture. I wouldn't hire these people to move a plastic bag after witnessing the absolute circus they conducted. One last thing I feel is kinda important, they left me with a entire load of packed boxes to move myself at 9 pm. I was set to transfer ownership the following day at 10:30am. I thought the thousands they were paid were for that, they move what they want when they want as slow as they possibly can. There were three great workers at the beginning, the foreman put a stop to that customer service real quick. I had even gave them a ton of stuff, I probably clothed the crew for the next year but that doesn't matter. No good deed goes unpunished.

Movers showed up smelling so bad like cigarettes I had to stand back a little when talking to them. It rained off and on, so they had to stop and take breaks (okay, fine), then took about 5 cigarette breaks during the move in addition to that. I had them move only the big stuff in my house, but it took over 5 hours. Also, I was charged a $120 fee I was not told about.

Recently I was faced with the challenge of placing most of my mothers belongings into storage so she could sell her home in Tallahassee and move in to care for a dear friend.
After a few 10 hour round trip visits to help her sort and pack I knew I was in over my head so I began searching for help. I was fortunate enough to learn about Brand Transfer and Storage in Rockledge. Not only were they able to travel to Tallahassee, and collect her treasured possessions and provide safe, climate controlled storage for them. As part Wheaton World Wide movers they sent a locall Tallahassee affiliate out to inventory and estimate. When the day finally arrived they made a traumatic and exhausting event move smoothly and uneventfully. I have since referred them to my friends and family with absolute confidence that they are the best option - a "Brand" you really can trust!
