Every time I use this branch I have had nothing but positive experiences. All the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I always leave with a smile on my face.

They "don't have money at this location. ATM only." WHY do you even exist? You're now just a building with people in it. Give me a break. I cannot wait to change banks. I've never been more inconvenienced with a bank in my life.

I've never had any problems, kind of surprised by all the negative reviews and comments. I have had to show up to the branch when I was told I should have had an appointment, but I've never been denied help and always was able to find assistance to help me. I also bank with Bank of America for years and also Space Coast Credit Union. I had to pull all my accounts out of Space Coast because they were taking 5 dollars out of my savings account for absolutely no reason. All banks are semi-evil nowadays anyway.

This location doesn't help you complete transactions. Instead, they push you over to the atm and make you do it yourself. Their drive through is always closed.

The Rockledge, FL location on Barnes Blvd is a complete waste of time to go to. The male staff member I dealt with was less then helpful. I even called the day before to be sure they would be open and I could get cash. The person that answered never mentioned you can only use an ATM there. Do you really need that many people starring at folks using an ATM? There are no tellers or drive thru just one unpleasant little troll sitting at his desk telling you what he can't do for you. Honestly why have so many staff members and so little service. Just go to the Viera location where you can actually get something done. They still have tellers and a drive thru. They welcome you when you walkin and, make you feel appreciated. I had used the Rockledge branch for years and had no idea they had changed this to such a usless location. I don't have a debit card and because I am moving in the next couple of days I wouldn't be able to get one via mail. I have already forwarded my mail to my new address. I will get a local bank when I get there since this CHASE seems to have their hands full watching that ATM.

If you’re not a full service bank anymore, you should advertise which of your locations are now just ATM’s inside the bank. This location has no teller services.

Took away the drive through tellers in the middle of the pandemic, and cant help customers unless they have their debit card or apple pay on them. This branch is a joke, who is it meant to serve? Because it's not the common customer that's for sure.

A guy just walked in front of me, cut in line, while I was standing in the waiting area. The banker lady, Martina Stanley did Not tell him to wait his turn. She did not tell him go to the waiting area. I was Not going to close my account, but after her weakness I closed my account. It took forever to close my account too. Every time I went into Chase Banks. They acted like they are Gods or higher the customers. She did Not even thank me for my military service. All veterans stay away from Chase Banks.

Just tried to help a friend out at the local Chase by depositing extra funds in their account and was told by Valerie the teller that they do not accept cash deposits into someones account other than the account holder. This is crazy! I asked her if cash was no longer good these days at a bank and she stated they need a paper trail. I offered my account number, drivers license and social for records as I used to have an account with them. This was not accepted as a paper trail for putting money into an account. Guess I dodged a bullet by pulling out of this large bank and have been very pleased with alternative local banking companies in the area. Never in my life have I heard of a bank not accepting cash deposits by any other person except the account holder. My husband has a business and has employees deposit cash for them all the time. All I can say is WOW!

Normally I don't write reviews for these time establishments, because the transaction last only a minute or so. Everyone that knows me, can contest I am a stickler for customer service. I always believe if you have good customer service skills, it can make you overlook mediocre a product/location/etc. I went inside to use the ATM, got cash and then wanted change at the counter. There was one customer at the counter with two tellers assisting her. As I waited in line a couple more customers came in behind me. No acknowledgement from the tellers as they had tunnel vision or poor customer service skills. After 5 mins of waiting, another rep came out of her office and then just asked everyone in line if she could help them. WHAT AM I CHOPPED LIVER OVER HERE IN FRONT OF THE LINE!!! So, she helps the person in the middle of the line before I can even say a word...unbelievable!! Get more tellers or dedicate only one teller to a customer. This place sucks...better off just using the ATM. After like 7-8 mins of waiting in line, decided to walk out and get change else where. Don't know if this was an isolated incident, sine it was my first time walking into this branch. But, like the saying goes...you only get one chance to make a first impression.
