Bob the salesman was great to work with and very nice man. He took my deposit money and I prayed the installers were as good.
The installers showed up on time- I'm a fussy detailed kind of guy. The installers led by Chris was friendly and customer oriented- Their work was superb and flawless. I wish more companies were like this firm. Best of luck on your expansion and growth plans.

Great job to all, they were able to put down wood flooring in kitchen without removing the 30 yr old tile. I love it. No mess, 1 day job. Thanks to all, Bob the salesman, Michelle for setting up schedule and especially Andy for his kind response and getting things done. Kudos to all. I will be back again!

Gross ownership and management. The workers do a great job but the owner is disgustingly dreadful. I would not not spend my money with them.

As a lifetime resident of Brevard county, and as a financial professional myself, it’s harder and harder to find good service and good people to take care of you in regard to your need. I want to make a personal shout out to Tony and Josh a classic flooring for taking care of me on my properties for being professional and regard to the service. They provided to me the fair cost were what they provided me and they’re overall concerned for my needs. I look forward to recommending them to all of my clients and friends going forward.

Quality of work and customer service was very good. So many carpet choices, too. They provided a no-stress environment, allowing time for many questions I had. Installers were great, too! They were also very careful about moving the furniture pieces we could not move ourselves. Highly recommend!!

Classic just completed replacing flooring in our home. I couldn’t be more pleased with the attention and follow-up from Josh, our sales rep. But even above that was the quality work of their demolition and installation teams. I was expecting a huge mess, wall and baseboard damage, etc, but the tear up of the existing flooring was quick and surprisingly clean. Roger and Mark were particular, detailed and did a quality job with the new floor installation. They only missed a day for hurricane Milton to blow through! Thank you Classic for a great job well done!

Josh Suttka thank you very much. Sorry for taking so long to leave this review. I had search for more than a year to get a good price and customer service to help me through the process to get the flooring done and no luck. I had also had conversations with previous staff here that I didn’t see after I decided to give this place another try, and hit a dead end. Josh made it happen. Best price, best team, Nilo and his crew, did a phenomenal job. If there were 100 stars, I would click all. Thanks Josh and Nilo team. I couldn’t be any happier.

I highly recommend them! I had a tight timeline and they were not only able to complete the two room flooring project in less than a week, but did an excellent job. Josh the sales rep was extremely helpful during the entire process from selection through providing timely updates through installation. The installation team were professional, arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

I had a great experience at Classic Flooring. Tony helped me select something to meet my needs. When the quote came out higher than I had expected, he offered a few options and I found something I liked even better that fit within my budget. The process went exactly as expected, and delivery and installation occurred without delay. I love my new carpets and will return to Classic Flooring for future flooring needs.

We had three rooms of carpeting installed using Classic Flooring Center. Bob was our sales person who was patient, experienced and made the entire process go smoothly. Andy, the scheduler, was accommodating with meeting our timeframe. The three installers were knowledgeable, professional and worked well together. The first thing they did was re-measure to be sure there was enough carpet for the job and asked us to verify the color was correct. In addition when they finished they ensured everything was clean and worked with us putting the rooms back together. Bob estimated that it would probably take 2-3 days to install; however, with the team that arrived they finished in one day. A nice surprise. We would definitely recommend Classic Flooring (off US#1) and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Thanks to Bob, Andy and all three carpet installers.
