CCU of FL goes far and extra beyond to meet your financial needs and goals. They dig a little deeper into where you are headed and want to be and cares about your struggles than any bank I have been involved with. You have great opportunities with them and I am super excited my family are their family.

The level of incompetence at CCU is incredible. Tomorrow, I will move my money to a different local bank that has employees that actually know how to perform their job responsibilities correctly. CEO Laurie Cappelli and the Board Members need to take a hard look at how this bank is operating.

Needed new card on Saturday. Came in. Was told it would not be active till today at 10am. It's after 3 and it is still inactive. Thanks, guess I can't go get groceries or gas. And none of the numbers helped.

This bank is the absolute worst we have ever dealt with. The dealership we used selected this bank and it's been a nightmare. My husband has called them so many times to try to get automatic pay established. They have charged for payments online because they can't get the automatic payments established. They changed the loan to bi-weekly, without permission. Fine, as long as payments were automatic. We finally thought they got it figured out, but we just received a past due notice. Save yourself a continuous, massive headache and find another bank that is easy to register for an account and easy to establish auto payments. Run as far away as you can!

if your looking for a great bank look no further. i found out about CCU almost 20 yrs ago I was trying to buy a truck and my credit wasn't that great but a lady there gave me a chance and the rest is history They've always been there for me since I wouldn't dare think of going elsewhere

Why can't I speak to anyone at the branch where I conducted business? Instead, all calls are routed to the Rockledge location. I DID NOT DO BUSINESS AT THE ROCKLEDGE LOCATION. So you mean to tell me I have to go to the branch again just to ask a question about my deposit? Bad business CCU!!! Had it not been for the wonderful customer banker, Luz R., I would definitely close my accounts.

Being a former banker and now Realtor, I know that not everyone has the same set of circumstances to deal with or fit the mold needed for conventional mortgage financing. This doesn't make anyone less credit worthy, just outside of a box. Community Credit Union was able to make a dream home come true for one of my very credit worthy clients who didn't sit in the conventional box. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and considerate lens from which they viewed this client. Hands Down one of the most rewarding transactions I have had the privilege to be a part of. Thank you Debra Hussey for an awesome experience.

I had a problem with another bank in paying my mortgage. After visiting this bank, I drove up to the Rockledge location of CCU and Darryl helped identify the root cause. He was patient and thorough and I appreciate that. After I spoke with my bank Samatha at CCU really went above and beyond. She helped solve the problem moving forward. I cant thank her and Darryl enough. It is a pleasure to do business with CCU. Thanks!

Worst Bill Pay online service EVER. Weeks late, errant post/pay dates. Have had two late fees because of this dis-"service." The IT dept. must be the bottom of the class. If you need online banking to perform well, definitely use a different bank. Customer service phone reps are even worse than the IT dept.!

My husband died January 2023. He hadA bank account with Community credit union. I’m his wife and executor of his estate. I called the credit union to close the account. I was told I had to wait6 months. So as his wife and executor of his estate I waited. It’s been 6 months. I called again. I was told they had to “submit a ticket “ and someone would look at it and decide what to do.Really !!!! I asked if it was going to take another 6 months. Their answer was“ I hope not”””They hold your money hostage!!Do not bank there if you ever want toSee your money again.

I have a business and household checking account with this “bank” they constantly draw funds from one that was written on the other. This is happening more frequently now, three times since the beginning of the year. Each time they make up some story about why. One employee even suggested I pay to put a stop payment on check that had already been cashed. Long story short - they keep blowing me off without doing anything to correct the problems they create.
