Latrice is extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept interrupting me when I asked questions and then when I asked to speak to someone else she stood next to him and laughed instead of walking away. I asked to get my prescription back so I could go somewhere else to be helped. While her coworker was getting the prescription she continued to come over to where I was and say “I’m not going to let you trash talk me” because I said she was rude. My whole goal was to avoid any conflict when asking for my prescription back and she continued to show how unprofessional she was.

The pharmacy is a joke. We arrived at 4:30pm on a Sunday and they close at 6pm. The pharmacy tech gathered all of the items in the order and showed us that they were in stock. Then she proceeded to say that she wasn’t sure if she could have it filled by the end of the day. There were no other customers or any activity in the pharmacy. We left, hoping to get a text as she promised to let us know, and no text ever came through. We decided to go back the next day around noon, and the prescription order was finally ready.

Been going here over 2 and a half years since I got sick and got out of the hospital..the staff is great..the people trashing the staff are probably the same nasty impatient people who are rude to cashiers and fast food workers I can't stand waiting behind people like that

Through Jordan's exceptional customer service, I have told all of my associates to go to the Rockledge CVS on Fiske Blvd.He should be the role model for exceptional customer service.Incredibly competent efficient and professional.

The worst so far. Never have my prescription although it says ready, then sends prescriptions to another location with no notification. Can never get anyone one the phone and it is a wild goose chase just to get a script filled. Terrible location.

Went here on 11/2, had an awful experience. Went 10 minutes before close, employee was rushing me and very rude. As soon as I walked out at 9:55 he locked the door and some unfortunate other customer was was locked out because this guy was too lazy to keep doors open until 10. Why bother having hours listed you aren't going to keep.

Store managerJustin, associate Brenda and associate Jordan are super polite and professional. Clean store, knowledgable staff, excellent temperment even in the face of the "Ultimate disgruntled customer"this guy didn't even flinch or lose his cool one time. Super understanding of their customers personal issues. Pharmacy staff is very polite also. All of these guys deserve a raise.

Well, it began kind of off because they sent my meds to the wrong CVS, but that's in no way their fault. I came got my meds and I was on my way they got me in and out right away which I love. They also sent me a text telling me about the side effects of my medication I couldn't be happier, great job, keep doing what you do!?✌?

CVS is the gift that keeps on giving with horrible customer service somewhat adequate medical supplies. And horrible open parking lot will never shop here again as the managers have no respect for humans and that’s being said lightly .they do something wrong and you come to address it it’s a fight so if you want to keep your sanity shop somewhere else even public pharmacy prescriptions . And for the love of God, do not buy any gift cards no matter what amount it is you’re better off going to Walmart. Trust me. You don’t want to deal with the manager with a fake hair extensions -absolutely abysmal and will steal your money. She probably pocket the $10. And if that’s the case CVS, you need to pay your employees more money. Because you got them out here stealing customers, harder earned cash

Do not buy gift cards here. The managers barely train their employees and they do not know how to properly load cards. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and the parking lot Even worse. Now imagine somebody like me young who notice this all I bet you guys take it vantage of the older population and for anyone seeing this message do not shop here the managers and employees here are absolutely a headache to deal with a Publix, Walmart, target any of these places can do your prescriptions. But without a hassle, this place should’ve gone out of business a long time ago CVS you need to do better.
