Latrice is extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept interrupting me when I asked questions and then when I asked to speak to someone else she stood next to him and laughed instead of walking away. I asked to get my prescription back so I could go somewhere else to be helped. While her coworker was getting the prescription she continued to come over to where I was and say “I’m not going to let you trash talk me” because I said she was rude. My whole goal was to avoid any conflict when asking for my prescription back and she continued to show how unprofessional she was.

The pharmacy is a joke. We arrived at 4:30pm on a Sunday and they close at 6pm. The pharmacy tech gathered all of the items in the order and showed us that they were in stock. Then she proceeded to say that she wasn’t sure if she could have it filled by the end of the day. There were no other customers or any activity in the pharmacy. We left, hoping to get a text as she promised to let us know, and no text ever came through. We decided to go back the next day around noon, and the prescription order was finally ready.

The worst so far. Never have my prescription although it says ready, then sends prescriptions to another location with no notification. Can never get anyone one the phone and it is a wild goose chase just to get a script filled. Terrible location.

Store managerJustin, associate Brenda and associate Jordan are super polite and professional. Clean store, knowledgable staff, excellent temperment even in the face of the "Ultimate disgruntled customer"this guy didn't even flinch or lose his cool one time. Super understanding of their customers personal issues. Pharmacy staff is very polite also. All of these guys deserve a raise.

CVS is the gift that keeps on giving with horrible customer service somewhat adequate medical supplies. And horrible open parking lot will never shop here again as the managers have no respect for humans and that’s being said lightly .they do something wrong and you come to address it it’s a fight so if you want to keep your sanity shop somewhere else even public pharmacy prescriptions . And for the love of God, do not buy any gift cards no matter what amount it is you’re better off going to Walmart. Trust me. You don’t want to deal with the manager with a fake hair extensions -absolutely abysmal and will steal your money. She probably pocket the $10. And if that’s the case CVS, you need to pay your employees more money. Because you got them out here stealing customers, harder earned cash

CVS pharmacy has always a challenge no matter which CVS. Never quick. Seldom a courteous exchange. My wife and I were here at this one to simply pick up a prescription. We received the text and thought it’d be quick. We waited behind someone who went through the usual exchange, including of course CVS’ trademark method of unavoidably allowing anyone within 10 yards to hear your birth date (sensitive data by any org or company standard). Her prescription wasn’t ready, so she politely moved to the side. We then moved up to the front as the woman at the window simply walked away. We watched her start doing other work. My wife and I stood there watching for no less than five minutes as three people busily worked in seeming disarray, moving around, crossing in front of us, but never making eye contact. We’d look at each other occasionally in disbelief. I had a sense that the one that walked away was making a stand about working the window and it became sort of a game of chicken for the three. It was just a hunch, but it’s definitely unsettling and awkward to feel completely unacknowledged as a customer. Do you just leave? Scream? I contemplated going over the counter to find my wife’s prescription myself in the alphabetized envelopes. Fortunately, it never came to that. One of the three (not the woman originally at the window), finally was the first to swerve and offered to help. In the end, we got our prescription, but the experience made us really question why we continue to use CVS.

Rudest staff ever. If you don't know their pharmaceutical medical language they treat you like you're an idiot.

Unlike the CVS on US1, this CVS respectfully watches you shop on the cameras they have instead of following you around the store like you need a babysitter. Nobody needs to be treated like a criminal just because they need to buy some laxative on a friday evening. Thank you for giving me the respect I deserve as a paying customer. I live within almost walking distance from the other store and I would drive for 20 minutes just to get the basic common courtesy I get at this cvs here at fiske and barton.

I'm impressed by their professionalism. My daughter had a prescription at Walgreens I needed transferred over and filled today. The pharmacist at Walgreens automatically called it over early this morning (kudos to him too!) and CVS filled the prescription and ran my insurance and had it ready before I even had a chance to call them. I was very surprised and happy because I was able to go pick it up immediately after I called. Thanks you guys! ?

Dawson at the counter was friendly and helpful with a product return. This is a convenient location in rockledge, Florida and is located on the corner of South Fiske Boulevard and Barton Boulevard. It is also located next to the Thrifty Specialty Produce and Meats. There is ample parking and overall, I found it a very positive experience. For Dawson's assistance alone, this place gets five stars. CVS Pharmacy, give this young man a raise now. By the way, I am not Dawson nor a family member, LOL.
