Tim gave used car sales vibes from start to finish. I ordered 4 doors, had to wait when he said he had all 4. The installers did a poor job and lost the keys to the locks. Tim did nothing about either issue. 4 doors for $10 grand and no keys! I had to call another company to get it fixed and the locks re-keyed. Disregard the Jesus fish in his ads and the Christian music in the showroom.

This guy is an absolute scammer. Took my moms 7 weeks ago promising her doors would be INSTALLED in 4-6 weeks. Wouldn’t return any calls and then when she showed up THREE separate times she was told “oh we’re sorry we never ordered your doors” and can’t give her any information of IF they will even get her doors. They were sure quick to take her money but not fulfilling their contract. Stay far away folks. Would give zero stars if I could.

I’ve requested two times for them to come out and do an estimate on a very large double door at my house. The first time he claimed he had a flat tire and couldn’t make it. The second time was a no call no show.

I had problems with my door, I called Doors by Tim and they arrived quickly, they were friendly and gave me a good price for the repair. I recommend them, they are very good.

I needed a new interior door and called. Doors by Tim for an estimate Tim himself came. I told him what I wanted and he gave me a very fair price. I wanted a pet door installed on this door. The door and the technician arrived and the door and Pet door was installed in three hours a lot quicker than I anticipated. The technician was very thorough And he cleaned up before he left. I am very happy with my experience with doors by Tim and I highly recommend them.

I bought a house that needed a lot of TLC. I needed to make big changes to the rear doors of the home and wasn't sure how to do it. Tim came over and saw what I needed, gave me an amazing price, brought in an excessively experienced and professional person to do the job, and had it done within a day after I said go. I highly recommend doors by Tim. He is honest and professional businessman who will take care of your remodeling needs.

I chose Doors By Tim after requesting quotes from the big box stores and a national advertised brand. The big box could not or would not give me an itemized list of materials or a rough estimate to complete the job. The national brand was putting down everyone else's product. I asked Tim to come an provide a materials list and an estimate to complete the work. We discussed what window types, the variety of glass that could be selected. Tim took measurements and pictures of each window. We agreed on a fair price and the windows were ordered. When they arrived the installation schedule as worked out and completed on time. The installation was completed the first time and they look great. The installer was courteous and easy to work with. My wife was pleased with his work. These window are impact resistant and have lowered our AC and electric usage. Thank you, Tim for working with us and the great product.

Doors by Tim did a bathroom remodel for me. Tim had some very good design ideas (love the step wall!!!) as well as ideas to keep the project within budget. Best of all when the work began it was on a schedule just like he said it would be. From beginning to end in one week. The workers were very considerate of my house and left things clean and in order.

I just got a pair of doors, and I am so in love with my home now! It's such an improvement, and I know they're good quality I can depend on.
Update years later: Even when water builds up against my house, these doors are still undamaged and in excellent shape. My dog has tried and failed to scratch them. I remain very happy.

I contracted Doors by Tim to replace 6 closet doors in my house...thought they sounded good...says he's a "Christian man"...well, $4000 later I'm completely unsatisfied. First thing, this is the first time I've ever wanted to change our doors in my home....I'm not an expert...that's why I hired one...so I thought. Little did I know that when they show you a white door in the catalog, it's actually not white...it's a shade of primer white. I then thought ok, no problem, I just pay $4000 for six doors, they must come in and paint them later. Nope. I was then told by Tim that that's how they come and that I would have to pay EXTRA to have them painted. What!? Obviously, I'm not irritated that I will have to pay more money to get the doors painted, but more so because Tim didn't tell me this little (being facetious) but made it sound like I was the dope for not knowing this! I explained that HE was the so called expert and he should have let me know this so that I could budget for the extra expense. Now, Tim turns it on me and says that I'M being rude. I explained, in a clam but stern voice, that I was a little put off by his response and the situation that I now find myself in and again, he should be taking some if not most of the responsibility for this situation. Tim doesn't want to hear any of this, he then makes a rude comment and hangs up on me! Now my doors don't work or slide open easily, they are an off white and I'm completely not satisfied. His workers were nice enough but they couldn't get the doors to open easily, telling me that "there new and stiff" or "it the doors Tim ordered, we can't do anyting else to make them work better". Do yourself a favor...never use Tim for anything...he stinks.
