Extra Space Storage is so lucky to have a manager as nice as Irza. She is truly a professional and dedicated to her job. I am also a business owner and I wish that I could find someone as friendly as Irza who also gets the job done with perfection. I give this 5 stars and will recommend them to others.

I got there with a need and they helped me and my business with the right solution. They didn't push me with the usual "well, you know, this is not gonna last so you have to decide right now ant the price is this". They were and are super friendly, kind and understandable. Everytime I see them they ask me if everything is OK. Best experience with a storage company so far!

I've have two storage units at Extra Space Storage in Rockledge, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Susy has been absolutely wonderful to coordinate with. Every question I've had has been answered promptly, and the entire team has been consistently communicative. It's clear they care about their customers and go the extra mile to provide excellent service. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing storage solutions.
