hoping that the owner of this franchise is aware that the employees lock the door and post a sign that says “be back in 15 minutes” during what may be the peak time of day. drove up there to grab cold drink at 1pm on my break only to find the door locked though it says open online. not professional

Wonderful help- I was registered as a gold member and was not receiving packages- they fixed the issue and I got my first package a few days ago.Very helpful and had a lot of information!

Came down to FL visiting family and stopped by the GNC in Rockledge and had a great experience with the sales person who met me at the front door as I walked in with a smile and a genuine knowledge of what he was talking about. Not like some of the other vitamin store sales people that honestly have no idea what they're talking about outside of what sells the most. I think the young mans name was Josh. Anyways nice kid, and got what I needed. Only complaint was the busy parking lot.
