5 Stars for employee Ladajah (La Day Jah--unsure of spelling) who helped me find an item in the store. Zero stars for the other employees that ignored me and did not seem to understand that customers are the source of their paychecks.

I love the convenience of this location. I am a frequent customer. Place is never too busy. I use the app to find items and the app is always right on the money.

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator in June 2023. The delivery service forgot to take a piece off the fridge, causing the doors to never shut properly and he didn't even properly align the doors or remove any plastic or anything from the inside. They tried delivering two other fridges after that, but they were both broken. We purchased a brand new washer and dryer from Lowe's. The delivery service did not hook the hose up to the drain line, they actually left the drain hose wrapped securely to the washing machine. Before the delivery service left, they ran our washing machine. Over an hour later, one of our children noticed our downstairs was flooding. We ran fans, use the shop vac and cleaned up the entire mess ourselves. The very next day we walk into the laundry room, and all we smelled was natural gas. They did not even hook up the gas line properly. It was leaking, and when my husband moved the dryer, the dryer hose fell out that wasn't even installed properly either. Lowes has done absolutely nothing. I reported it to corporate and even Lowe's in Rockledge The actual store itself said we should be compensated and they filed a claim for us. Nobody from the Rockledge store has called us back like we were told. Nobody from corporate has called us back and the email I have sent to one managers at the Rockledge store has not even responded. Their delivery service floods our downstairs. We have video of everything and there could've been a gas explosion. If you purchase something from Lowe's, do not expect them to make the situation right, do not expect to be compensated, and do not expect corporate or the store to care. It has been months and we've heard absolutely nothing. I am so glad that we were able to clean up the entire flood and that my husband is experienced with natural gas lines and was able to fix it before the situation worsened. I could not imagine if this would've happened to a disabled person or the elderly because this type of negligence could've been catastrophic.

No customer service. I drove 45mins to order closet shelves system for my master bedroom. I did all the online research had part numbers just wanted someone to make sure I'm doing it right before placing a $2000 the order. I was told by customer service that talked to a manager no one in the store could help me. I went and spoke to the manager he was way over rude like I was wasting his time. Try to explain to him I have all the info just wanted help placing the order with help. Was told no make appointment and come back. As I was walking out I could hear him say smart remarks to the coworker. I will never buy from lows and will tell everyone how bad that lows treated me. This was on 10/17 around 5pm.

I was waiting to get paint, and an older couple with MAGA hats came to pick up paint and the guy working at the paint was giving them a hard time and had them go back to their car to get their order number, he said he "doesn't want help anyone who supports a traitor." All he had to do is search by name, but he didn't want to go out of his way. After they left, he was also saying very disturbing things about them and others who support Trump. This happened on 10/14/23 at about 1 PM-he needs to be FIRED!!

Wow, one of the nicest Lowes around with ZERO service help. Was there at 7pm. Walked 10 isle before finding any employee. The one i found said he would call someone to counter tops. Waited 30 mins an NO ONE showed up. Occasionally an employee in green vest but wouldn't make eye contact as the might have to help.Ended up going to customer service desk with one employee 8 people waiting.This store has severe management issues and Lowes Corp needs to clean house or deserve to go out if business.As a side note the Merritt Island Home Depot has like 10 people around ready to help. Maybe one day Lowes will realize this Rockledge location would be a good place to open a home improvement store.

I guess I should apologize to the staff at this store for interrupting their social discussion time when I needed assistance. When I asked for help I was advised the one woman would be with me in a few minutes. A few minutes later (after their discussion had completed), she walked over acting like she was doing me a favor in giving me her time. Worst Customer Service!! I will buy product at another store. You lost this sale.

The customer service culture of this store is terrible. It starts with the manager Will, he doesn't value customers therfore the store takes on his values. The mills doors and windows section is by far the worst. They gave me a quote and for two weeks I have been trying to move forward with the purchase only to be hung up on and told they "are swamped." Someone please fix this store.

As well as everyone else is saying I work very close to this particular store , I needed to buy some equipment, and I asked two employees for help and was given a rude attitude by both as if they didn't want to be talked to or helped , until finally a older gentleman asked me if I was having trouble finding something. Point is if you don't like your job then don't do it

Save your time and go anywhere but here. Employees literally will avoid helping you, managers will give you attitude. No one cares here. Not sure how it's still open.

This has to be one of the worst of worst stores Lowes has in their system. If I am like most Big Box hardware store shoppers when I walk in, I have a good idea of what I need, but sometimes I need some additional information, help or reassurance I am correct. So, I track down a sales associate and quickly figure out that they neither care nor just do not know their products. My most recent visit was for (12 bags) landscape rock, (6 bags) mulch and (2 bags) garden soil. 1st- no carts available 2nd- found two associates who seem to be engaged in a non-work-related discussion (one of the two was sitting on the exact type of cart that I needed) 3rd= they both seemed annoyed that I was asking for help to get a cart 4th- one offered a solution that I could go around the store get the item numbers I needed come back up and she would help me ( I realized that this was just to move me along) 5th- got the item numbers returned up front and then was told to go outside and find a cart so I could get my items (she even pointed at a cart that was so small that I no way could fit my needs on it and then goy extremely upset with me when I said no way it would work) 6th- I said I was going up to customer service for assistance and started off in that direction, she ran past me and arrived at the customer service desk before I did 7th-when I arrived at customer service desk, she was huddled with other associates who looked over their shoulders at me. 8th- I was ignored by the suddenly then busy associate's 9th I left store without any purchases. Sad.

Poor customer service. I ordered patio furniture from the store. Delivery day was a window from 8:30-12:30. No delivery! Called Lowes about every hour to check status of delivery. No one could help me. Still waiting to hear from manager. Took off of work just to have furniture delivered. So far.....no furniture! It's 4:30!
