Had a grill assembled and delivered with all three burner pipes not attached to the propane. The propane was just flowing into the cavity behind the controls when I turned it on. This degree of negligence is dangerous. Do not shop at this store.

I've filled 8 carts with shrubs and perennials here in the past few weeks. Hibiscus, Plumbago, Bougainvillea, Heather, Ruellia, plus top soil, planters, mulch, sod, fertilizer, and more. The prices can't be beat, the bulk deals are great, and the quality is terrific. Melanie and Charlotte are always great. Charlotte is the head of the dept and she knows her stuff, and Melanie is so kind and willing to go above and beyond. Kyle and Bill have either checked me out and/or helped me load up. Bill has been terrific in making sure I'm happy with the selection and the bulk pricing deals. Thank you all for a department well managed and cared for.

This 5 stars is for the store associate who helped me find a craftsman toolbox. I believe her name was Stacey (I apologize if I got the name wrong, I didn't write it down. But, I'm pretty sure that is her name). She absolutely went above and beyond to locate a box that her system said was in stock but was not on the floor. The organization system this store has for overstock items is sub-par, but she did the best she could with the resources provided to her. In the end, she got me a box and did everything in her power to make my buying experience a good one. To whom it may concern, she is a stellar associate, and I recommend giving your stellar associates a better system to keep the upper shelves better organized. Associates can only be as good as the system management provides for them. Thanks again, Stacey!

Used to love shopping here, but between incompetent management and constant excuses I have changed my tune. First, Black Friday 2022, ordered a fridge, stove and microwave. Got the fridge and microwave a week later, but the stove was set for pickup from a store in Orlando, when they said the had it at Rockledge. It took weeks between Rockledge management, calls to Corporate, calls to the Melbourne Lowe's who didn't have the item, but couldn't get a call back from those stores managers. Lowe's Rockledge set the Melbourne store for fullfilment of my order. Went to the Melbourne store, multiple times, could never talk to the store manager was told they would go pick up my stove if they had to do it themselves. Meanwhile, the store in Orlando says my name on it waiting for it to be picked up. Multiple delivery confirmations sent, that the store says weren't real. Then there were real delivery confirmations and no shows! Finally after a month the stove was finally delivered.Then Feb 2023 washing machine broke. I should have placed an online order, but went into the Rockledge store. Associate helped placed the order for delivery. A few days later we get the washing machine and it is the wrong one. Went to the store and associate ordered the wrong one! Constant calls and talks with management too get the correct washing machine delivered. Again, multiple delivery confirmations that the store said were not real and then again confirmations that were indicated to be real were no shows! Eventually, the correct washing machine got here.August, we wanted to buy the 300 dollar something 12 foot scarecrow. There was the display and an empty box, but the app says they have 4. Had service desk call for help twice. 2 guys eventually show up, see they have 4 and went to get one. Came back 15 minutes later saying they where they were supposed to be, but they are still looking. Eventually, come back 15 minutes later and can't find them, but are still looking, took my name and number and said they will find it and call me that evening. Never heard from them, but I ordered online and got one 5 days later.Now, we were interested in a Halloween item that has been on the shelf for weeks, but had only been marked down once. All other items were around 75%off, except this item which was barely 10%. Couldn't order it for in store pickup, as the app said the Rockledge store all local stores and online did not have this item in stock. Assistant Managers said they had been directed by the store manager not to match Lowe's online prices. Asked for store manager Luan, who had just arrived, but after waiting 10 minutes, was informed she was in an interview, would be a while and would be available at 1:30pm. Went back at 1:35pm had Luan paged only to get another Assistant manager, who I informed we were told only Luan the store manager could help us. Kyle informed us he was directed not to match online Lowe's prices. I asked for Luan, who they said would be available at 1:30. Kyle says she is in an interview and will be a while!. So, not really buying she is an Interview again, seems like avoiding the customer. A friend of ours talked to another Assistant manager. She asked why everything else was marked down 75%and this item only 10%. Will, said he would talk to the store manager and call us. A few hours went by and we called. No call back. Called again, no page answer and no call back. Finally at 8:55pm, Will calls and apologized for the delay and indicated someone else bought the item!The Store and Assistant Managers at this store are constantly here and gone! I learned today Robert is no longer there and he is the only one that was able to help with the appliance fiascos. Good luck trying to get ahold of a store manager to resolve anything for you and contacting corporate doesn't do any good either!

Cashiers at PRO desk are great!! Jimmy the loader is on vacation everyday he’s there. Never offers to help load. Watched me load a hot water heater into the back of my truck never once did he make an effort to help. He walks so slow he could be standing still.Get people who WANT to work!!

This being right next to my home is beyond convenient. I seem to end up here weekly and have gotten to know most of the staff over the years. Everyone is always helpful and accommodating. The best part is I'm not having to stare at God awful orange my entire visit. ?

5 Stars for employee Ladajah (La Day Jah--unsure of spelling) who helped me find an item in the store. Zero stars for the other employees that ignored me and did not seem to understand that customers are the source of their paychecks.

EXCELLENCE IN EVERY WAY!We bought a Pit Boss smoker and had to make an exchange after it was delivered.I have shopped for goods at both of the "Big Box" stores and have yet to experience better service than that provided by Lowes! Their staff are so well trained in every way: courteous, knowledgeable, caring and patient. Their product offerings and prices are unmatched.
