We normally have decent service at our local publix pharmacy, but the last few times, including today, have been abysmal. After having our prescriptions sent over, we received notification almost immediately that they had been received. We called mid afternoon to ensure they would be ready for pickup when we got off work. When we arrived they were not ready. They asked us to come back and that they would be ready in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later they call to tell us they do not have the medicine in stocks and have to send us to another store miles away. Normally, it would not have been a problem, but they had 3 opportunities to tell us the medicine wasn't available, and instead waited 6.5 hours to communicate the issue. Poor job Publix Pharmacy.

If it weren’t for the manager Liz who was compassionate and managed to get me sorted within 5 mins this review would have wound up with a vastly different rating.I’m not one to pretend I understand the complexities of somebody else’s job. I’m sure being in a pharmacy, where you’re likely short staffed, and always slammed isn’t easy. That being said, choosing a job where you are directly involved with people who are likely seeing you due to illness or injury, you should probably have the ability to handle moments like that. This is already longer than I intended to write, but I’m still that worked up about it. Some brief background, chest pain that sprung up, did the typical thing of avoiding it until it didn’t get better after over a week. Primary just quit on me so I wound up at an ER because I work evenings and have no sick time. I was in the ER from 11:30 pm - around 6:00 am. Had to be up at 11, dropped off my meds praying to feeling better and start LITERALLY breathing easy.I was told it’d be an hour. The text notifications only work half the time, so I logged in and see only one prescription is filled after three hours. I call the pharmacy who sends me to the hospital because it’s missing a milligram dosage on the script. I call the hospital who sends me back to the pharmacy. This is when I had the joy of speaking with a pharmacy tech I’ll avoid from mentioning by name. She quickly began yelling at me that I was yelling at her. When in reality all I’d done was give her a quick run down of what had happened and asked somewhat desperately if anybody could help me. Did I sound frustrated? I’m sure. I’m sick. It literally hurt to take every breath and I’m being tossed like a hot potato from hospital to pharmacy. Does this woman decide to be a decent human and remember that she has no idea what somebody’s day has been like and maybe understand that while I’m not lavishing her with compliments I’m not yelling at her? No, she instead continues to yell telling me repeatedly she already told me she’d handle it. After telling her that at no point had any voices been raised and I just wanted her help I asked for a manager. And immediately broke down in tears. Liz answered and within FIVE minutes spoke to the hospital and filled my prescription. Why the insanely long review? Because, it’s true no matter what, but it is ESPECIALLY true in any healthcare setting. You do not know what a day in somebody’s life looks like. I hope that the pharmacy tech was having just that, a bad day. But, it seems like from recent reviews that may not be the case.If you read this, and it’s not by some off chance just the big wigs, I beg you to reconsider how you talk to those you encounter at your job and hopefully those in your personal life as well.

Employees are very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Store is clean and well stocked, produce is fresh and should there be an issue with an item the store always addresses the problem .Always a pleasant experience shopping at the Publix on Stadium.

I like this pharmacy but there's one pharmacist that is always giving attitude, in person or over the phone. I think her name was Shelly? She just will not listen, and cuts you off while you're talking. Kinda irritating, coming from a medical professional. /:

This pharmacy has gone completely downhill. You call in a prescription from a doctor's office and it might not be ready for 2 days. You don't get any phone calls if your insurance isn't covering something! No phone calls from the pharmacy whatsoever to tell you anything that's going on if your prescription isn't ready. They need more help please or more efficient workers. .The drive-through is a disaster. They try to fix everything in the drive through instead of making people drive around.

This is the worst Publix experience I've ever had! It was Sunday Feb 12.I drove FAR because I called and was told that this location had a "Great salad bar and wing bar too!!" after arriving I saw the store manager just staring leaning on a display... just standing there, not even saying hello to customers, BRO, you're the manager, I am a customer - stop acting like a teenager! Anyway, I went to the salad bar and it was completely empty, I literally thought it was closed so I asked a worker breaking down boxes "what are the salad bar hours?" and she replied, "there should be salad and wings there now but we are very understaffed" and she went back to what she was doing. So, I asked 2 young Publix workers (2 kids - girl long straight hair and a taller kid with black hair) standing in front of the deli counter if they could alert someone that the salad/wing bar was empty that I would do some shopping I planned on doing and returning for to the salad/wings bar they replied that they were going to go on break so they would do it when they returned. I've work at Publix before and I would been written up if I said I was "on break" without finding them help. So, I was just over it and as I was leaving... the manager was STILL just standing there. He had ZERO clue that his entire deli department was struggling. I told him what happened and why we were leaving and he said he would ask someone to help me... ummm aren't you the manager? I left with nothing and went to Walmart, YUP, Walmart has better service than this Publix - shocking.

I’ve always loved this pharmacy bc of how friendly and efficient they are but they really made my day today! I had my dog while at the drive through and after driving off I noticed the tech left a lil treat. Little things like this put a smile on my face and it definitely made my girl happy. To the person who helped me today, thank you ☺️?

Had a prescription called in (around noon) and when I called a few hours later to see if it was ready yet, I was told they are behind and they would fill it tomorrow. I explained that I was heading out of town early tomorrow and needed it filled today. The response was, OK we will try but it wont be till later. I think they can do better in terms of customer service.

So I am currently under going treatment for Lymphoma and have to take 6 pills, 2 hours before, my treatment. I called 2 days before needing a refill. 3 days later, not a word from Publix pharmacy. I kept waiting for a text notification. I called today and was told they had to order it. It would've been nice to get notified so I could go elsewhere. Maybe it was my fault thinking they would notify me if something was wrong. I hope they can do better in the future, or I may just be changing pharmacies.

Best pharmacy in town, everyone is so sweet and caring. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help with any issues I have come across. So thankful I have them and knowing that I can always rely on them for any special requests or resolutions. Thank you all!

This Publix pharmacy earned my loyalty in a big way. Shannon (pharmacist) and Hunter (pharmacy tech) went way above and beyond to get a prescription transferred from another pharmacy at closing time. In the process they saved me over $550!!! And they didn’t do it begrudgingly - they did it with genuine hospitalitybecause they are rockstars of customer service and they both deserve an award. Thank you Shannon and Hunter! And thank you Publix Stadium Corners. You have a customer for life.
