I made an appointment for my lab work and was glad I did. When I arrived the waiting room was pretty full. I went to the kiosk and it was easy to use and check-in. I sat down and within 5 minutes my name was called and I was in and out of there in no time! The lady that did my blood draw was very nice. I definitely suggest making an appointment as you will get called before walk-ins. Great experience!

This is my first time for visiting this office. You can make an appointment or walk in however, if you walk in you may sit a while because they take the appointments before yours.

I came in without an appointment and the next appointment available was almost 2 hours later, but I selected the standby list instead and was called back after only a short wait. The staff were extremely understanding, patient, and helpful as I had some issues with my lab orders. My technician Glenda was very kind and explained everything she was doing thoroughly so I never had to wonder what was happening.

My wife had an appointment and the waiting room was filled with patients. She got there before the appointment time and has not been seen after 40 minutes- she may get fired for being late to work. Suggest you find a different location for your lab work.

Had a 7:50 appointment. Got out at 8:45. I had a new tech who clearly was not ready to be on his own. He had a hard time with the paperwork. Had to get 2 other people to help him before he could get it in the system. Once that was done he did a good job with the blood draw. Then I had to leave a urine specimen . When I was done he told me he missed 2 tubes of blood he needed to draw. Stuck me 2 more times and could not find a vein and told me I’d just have to come back. Didn’t offer to get anyone else. This was just ridiculous! Will find another place to get my blood drawn if this shows the level of training that a tech gets at Quest before working on their own.

Did not make an appointment and the waiting room was full. The kiosk gave me an appointment for 20 minutes later and I was out in 30! Shay was amazing!

TERRIBLE customer service! Most unfriendly, rude person I have ever encountered at any business. I would never step foot in this location again. Acted like me being there was inconveniencing her. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because it was quick, but never again would I come here or bring anyone in my family here.

No personal check in, or anyone available to advise on first visits. Results not faxed and you are unable to speak to anyone when you have a question but are routed to a national number. How sad.

I set my appointment for 11:15 and when I got there I was standing at the window waiting for someone to show up and acknowledge my presence and no one came, and I guess another guest could see I was bewildered and she pointed out that I needed to sign in on the terminal at the front, I had no idea. I hadn't been there before. And before I knew it they were calling me to the back and I was finished and going on my way to enjoy the rest of my day, I just hate the fact that I had to get stuck with a needle and I didn't see her take it out of pack or anything. Call me paranoid if you want, but too many people have had their lives ruined by doctors and nurses by being jabbed with a needle. So if you see me on the news, just know that they had it coming! ???✌?
