Don't shop here because they don't tell you that they charge a 20 to 25 percent restocking fee if you return something!Oh it's on the receipt I was told after I lost a couple of hundred dollars!!Unacceptable!!!!

Purchased 3 shower valves there a couple of months ago and they were wrong size.When I returned them they charged me about 20 percent restocking fee which totalled $200!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys were awesome!!! Didn’t realize that they closed at 4:00 today and I got there just moments before. They were so helpful with my rather strange requests (I was creating Christmas gifts and needed supplies) and they went above and beyond to help me find a solution. So appreciate their assistance and kindness especially at closing time!!!
