The check-in guy was very rude, who is already 10 minutes late from my scheduled appointment told me to wait while he clocked in and proceeded to chitchat for about five more minutes after he clocked in, then caused me over and says what’s my problem after I gave him my key then he referred to me as this guy to the other associate do you know what’s going on with this guy found it to be very unprofessional since he already knew my freaking name

I discovered Schlenker Automotive, when I owned my Mercedes E400 conv, I used to take it to the dealer and the prices where crazy, I came here and they did the job and charged 50 percent less. I just brought my Ram truck in for a job that was quoted 5000 at the dealer and walked out with 1800.00 bill. They are the most honest and most reasonably priced! Definitely Recommend will continue to be my Mechanics!

We used them last year for our Mercedes convertible at their Titusville location and were satisfied with their technician and store staff. Today we Set up an oil change, filter, check tail lights appointment at their ROCKLEDGE location since their Titusville shop was shut down (for unknown reasons)? Immediately had bad vibes from their Rockledge front desk staff! Specifically they were curt & unfriendly! I wanted to talk directly to their tech’ to personally show them the potential problem(s) and save them (and me) time looking down rabbit holes already looked at. And to confirm full syn. 10-40 weight oil with premium oil filter, etc. Their curt response was: “they’ll figure it out and don’t need my input/information!” Not only were they over 1/2 hour late for an appointment in getting the car into open bays but also began berating me for walking outside & around the garage areas (nowhere near inside working areas) to observe the work about to take place. After a verbal confrontation with their front staff I immediately cancelled any work activities on my car and left. Ironically, I am a retired automotive mechanic and have worked around all sorts of vehicles & motorcycles for 50 + years. Exhortations about insurance liabilities are not valid since I never entered their work areas. Hopefully I can save others from making a similar mistake to a very unpleasant & unfriendly experience! There are plenty of other shops that would appreciate your business. Rp

They use to be trusted but something happened and they charge outrageous prices for even simple services. Charged me $80 for oil change two days ago

My wife and I are very big fans of Schlenker Automotive. The staff is very friendly, always helpful and the work is always first class and done at a very reasonable price. We continue to use and look at them as our principal repair and maintenance facility. Highly recommend.

Schlenkerz automotive out does themselves with every service , I’ve been coming to their store for years and they never miss a thing. My vehicles been running great and I never have a problem sneak up on me with it, everything’s caught before it can be a problem. They do full inspections with every service and have amazing technicians. Front desk has always been amazing , Cindi, Dave and Nelson always greet met at the door as a friend and after they take care of me and my vehicle I leave feeling like family . Don’t go anywhere else !

DO NOT GO HERE. Brought in my car to be repaired with insurance paying and once I got my car the check engine light was on which it wasn't before. I asked before any work was done to check and make sure the car/engine was good and safe to drive which they assured they would. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL LIE AND RETURN YOU A DAMAGED CAR. 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON TAKING YOUR MONEY AND DOING NOTHING TO EARN EXECPT DAMAGING YOUR VECHILE. Please do not let yourself or someone you care for be tricked by these sorry excuses for people. Also if you see them responding to negative reviews just know they still did absolutely nothing to make things right and it's all just empty words.

I have always heard positive feedback this business until now. I have a 2009 Ram 1500 that owners know the front axle hub bearings tend to fail. My bearing failed so I decided to try Schlenker’s since they appeared to be honest and they were close to the house. Knowing it was the bearing and this would involve a simple repair that I lacked the equipment to repair myself, I priced out the cost of the repair ahead of time.
Two heavy duty hubs priced out on average between $135-$180.00. there are 7 bolts & the brake caliper to remove. It’s a straight forward repair and should only take about an hour for any decent mechanic. This would also necessitate an alignment which is $100 or less at any shop. After I dropped off the vehicle the was conveyed to Nelson at the front desk.
I told them what I found wrong, which they confirmed was correct. Knowing the repair cost should not exceed $400, on the high end, I was floored by the price quoted.
I was charged for the inspection to confirm what I told them was wrong In the first place. Then it got really interesting, the part $316 plus 3.5 hours labor was significantly more than any other part I found through local vendors.
I was able to order 2 new heavy duty hubs with a 10 year warranty for $140 from a name company. In addition to the parts three times normal cost, the alignment and labor, I was also being charged extra to tighten a nut used in the alignment. Again I was now a little more than irratated
I found the total estimated bill they were charging me was $833 plus and could not believe this. I called the next day and tried to get answers to this number but was dismissed.
When I picked up my vehicle the business still had the nerve to charge me a significant diagnostic fee before it was returned. I am ok with a fee to confirm what was wrong it was excessive for the 10 minutes to confirm this.
I took my vehicle to PEP Boys, told them the basic issue and was charged less than $400, with parts, to fix both wheel hubs now including an alignment.
I will absolutely never use, nor recommend anyone to this business. This was by far the most deceitful attempt to over charge a customer I have ever experienced.
