I went into the store today 4/24/23 in the afternoon and there was one person in front of me. The clerk did not even acknowledge me and then another man came into the store and the clerk spoke to him and even proceeded to help him without any hesitation. This was one of the rudest examples of customer service and needless to say, I left the store and will never go back to that location. It was very obvious since I was a woman, I did not matter. I hope they don’t treat all their customers that way. But then I am sure if they are a man they would not be treated that way.

I wanted to Thank Sherwin Williams on Murrell Road. They donated paint for my cousins house. Her son Deputy Sheriff Austin Walsh was killed on Dec 3rd. The day he was killed he and his brother were going to paint her house needles to say that did not happen. Because of the generosity of Sherwin Williams and local painter Brian Wood we were able to paint her house. Thank you again Sherwin Williams.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me fill a new order of paint that used an old Sherwin-Williams part no., and made other useful recommendations.

David is very knowledgeable, professional, and goes above the customers expectations. I can see his coworkers must really appreciate having him as he just goes with the flow and let’s them take credit for the customers he helps.

Placed an order over the phone, was helped quickly and fully by the employee. Arrived at the store for curbside pick up and order was brought out quickly. Entire transaction was great.
