We came in to open a CD and a savings account. We did come in around 5:30pm on a Friday (they close at 6pm) but that was unfortunately the only time that worked for us due to our work schedules and they’re closed on the weekend. Anyways, Dylan was BEYOND helpful and showed a great attitude during the entire transaction and never showed annoyance with our questions or the fact that we didn’t leave till 6:30pm. HOWEVER, the blonde girl with the glasses (didn’t catch her name but i think her name tag said Caitlyn) showed EXTREME dismay and annoyance that we were there. She did not try to hide it or anything.

Will happily let you get a secured loan on a paid off vehicle and then when you try to access the funds say that the transaction is fraudulent. Worst credit union member service in experience ever. Will be pulling all interest from this bank and refinance with a a superior credit union NFCU. This one will last a few more years and then get bought out by a bigger CU like they always do.

Thank you so much to the entire staff, especially Roslyn. Y'all made me feel welcome and a part of the SCCU community. I had to run for my sister’s root canal during the application process and when I came back (I wasn't sure if I'd make it back in time, due to my work schedule) you had everything ready and waiting for me. Their in branch customer service is ok however their centralized customer service is not ok. I've had multiple experiences with the centralized customer service reps and many are non accommodating and will not go the extra mile to satisfy inquiries. Their attitude is smug and condescending. I'm hopeful this will be reviewed and addressed by management. Perhaps they pipe into the reps call for monitoring, training and ensure their reps are providing quality customer service.

Went in to set up an account. Three attempts to spell a simple name correctly failed... Even after I spelled it for them all three times.(impacting account emails, back end actions and cyber) Five days of the wife and I trying to gain online access failed. (used their link, google link, retyping it different browsers and computers.. Even had their support tell me they couldn't figure out why??) Got tired of it and went to close accounts. Had issues getting money back because they stated we didn't have ID on record.. They had scanned them in just a week prior..

Home of the $30 Non Sufficient Funds Fees. I had six transactions go through over the weekend. Three deposits and three withdraws. Naturally, on Monday SCCU puts through the three withdraws.... overextends my account....charged me $90....Then puts through the deposits. This happened in spite of the fact that several of the deposits predated the withdraws. Happy accident for them I guess! This was not the first time they pulled this but it will be the last. I'm done with them. There are plenty of no fee bank options out there.

I was not treated well with TD bank and the bank totally messed up with my HELOC loan. I went to SCCU and the credit union is amazing I got my Auto loan and my HELOC Very good personnel Amazing institution I highly recommend the institution The bank timings are not good as the close very early and don't open on Saturday's

Mark I am convinced your CRAZY. It is okay for people to have bad experiences and voice their opinion on the matter. You got on me about a review when I said the wait was too long. You need to take a couple of chill pills please. I've had a very good experience at SCCU but you don't see me hunting people down you haven't . You gotta stop this.
