I paid for pool cleaning service and the filter was never cleaned nor the pool walls brushed. It was supposed to be a weekly service and I was lucky if they showed up once or twice a month for about 3-5 minutes.

We had them install hybrid pool a few years ago with the fiberglass panels. Paid for a multiport that Mark took out (but still charged us for it) main drain never worked and found out he capped it when he originally installed line backwards and water shot out of skimmer. Come to find out a 3" hole in the pipe, likely from a rebar stake. He knew it was broken and just capped it and lied to my wife's face about it. Then at the end, they claimed that we still owed 200 dollars (out of 30 something thousand) and refused to give us warranty paperwork even though they got the 400 for the multiport we didn't even need for this pool. Very poor experience so if you use Mark, make sure you're aware of what's going on and make sure everything works because he obviously won't fix it if he can get away with it

Space Coast Pool Supplies was a pleasure to work with. From dig to dip in 6 weeks!Keith is awesome! He was patient with all of our 1st timer questions and has become a family friend.Sarah explained everything that was going to be needed and was able to shift me a day later for the dig when our flt was delayedMark was so involved with EVERYTHING!!! He was always around when the "next step" was started and referred be to a sod company saving me 2000 over home depot. They also added addition concrete for our spa and painted our existing screen patio to match the deckingThis local family run business is wonderful.I can't say enough how happy we are

I don't usually write reviews, but after working with Spacecoast Pools I had to. This is our first pool and we couldn't be happier! Sarah and Mark did an amazing job and answered all of our 100 questions with a smile, and took the time to help us understand our new pool. They kept us informed with the different time lines from setting the pool to the concrete work. From start to finish we were swimming in about 6 weeks. Thank you again Spacecoast Pools!!

Absolutely love our pool! We had Spacecoast install a custom concrete pool, work was done fast, service was great. The staff was easy to work with and communicated every step of the way! Highly recommend.

Everything was promised up front and once they had a signed contract and money in hand, it was a much different experience. Anytime we questioned what they were doing, we were made to feel like “how dare you question us” type of attitude. They never were willing to work or discuss things to come to a compromise. They knew everything and how dare you question them because they have been doing this type of work the past 20 years. Just because you have been doing it this way doesn’t mean it’s right. Very poor communication and lack of scheduling their subcontractors. We selected our pavers the day they asked us to go do it, to learn they didn’t order them until 1.5 weeks later and then wanted the paver company to install within 1-2 day notice. Constantly promising they would fix things that we brought to their attention but never did and would continue with construction without doing what they were supposed to do. Overall the craftsmanship was very poor and constantly saying oh that’s ridiculous, you won’t see that and that’s normal. If you are considering SCP, might want to rethink choosing SCP as a PB.

From signing all paper work to the point we could go swimming , it was done within 3 months. So far no problems and Sara , mark, and Matt have taken care of us pretty well. During our install , they had some other pools to install and they worked out a schedule pretty well to have the pool installed in time. They were always professional with us.

We had a pool put in in April 2021 by Space Coast. Since then we have had to have the skimmer replaced ($2,300) and a crack in the concrete decking around 3/4 of the pool that my brother-in- law showed us how to fix. While installing the concrete deck the concrete dealer ran out of concrete and told Marc that Marc did not order enough, which was the case. Marc had some guys run down to Home Depot to get some bags. Space Coast was totally responsible for both of these because of shoddy workmanship. They put the skimmer in at an angle which caused more pressure on the pvc plumbing below and the pipe completely sheared at an angle. The pool has a large bump on the concrete on one side which my pool cleaner (Serenity Pool who are fantastic!) keep tripping on. Sarah at Space Coast pools always, always has an excuse of why it is not their fault. I put a claim in with Latham pools and it was denied because they are not responsible for installing pools, only for manufacturing it. At least Latham was upfront with me. I would absolutely NOT have a pool put in by Space Coast Pools as they do not stand by their installation. And when you start having problems with Marc’s installation (it is a “when” and not an “if” go to Red Rhino because they are the best!) Also, when Sarah starts any sentence with “I promise, I promise…” whatever comes out after that you should not believe it. Trust me this is a pool company to stay far away from unless you like to live with years of stress.

We used Space Coast Pools to install our fiberglass pool/spa and worked directly with Mark/Sarah who own the company. It took almost a year from signing the contract to being swimable. Part of this was due to a resin shortage from Latham. Our August pool turned into a January pool due to all the delays.Once the shell was received they dug the hole, placed the shell and poured the concrete within 2 weeks. Unfortunately that was the only thing that happened timely. After writing two of the largest draw checks we totally fell off their radar.During the last 10 weeks we had the following poor experiences.Very little communication. No details on what they were doing or when. One guy came out 1-2 times per week for about an hour. No idea what he did. Then he quits and then we didn't see anyone for over a week.Sarah/Mark unreachable for a week two different times. Found out later that they were on a cruise.Left inches of dirt and concrete in pool and allover rails for weeks.Failed drainage inspection due to grade. Inspector also recommended small holes dug and filled with rock for better drainage near floor drains. Owners refused. Said landscaping isn't thier job and then watched as my wife dug the wholes on her lunch break.Finger pointing. Sarah told us to talk to Mark. Mark then told us to call Sarah. Then Sarah told us to call Matt at the shop.Failure to order pump, heater and granite timely causing further unnecessary delays. We expressed these concerns directly to the owners but were met with harsh reptiles, excuses on why it wasn't their fault and comments on how lucky we are to even be getting a pool at all.We tested the water 2 days after they finished and officially turned the pool over to us and they totally set us up for failure. The pool was completely out of balance. Zero service or support after they received final payment.Fast forward 10 months and we have equipment that's leaking and two failed lights. I called them in hopes that they would honor their workmanship but they want to charge me to come out. Very poor workmanship, warranty support and customer service.Bottom line if your hire Space Coast Pools. You'll get your pool but with questionable workmanship and no warranty/support afterwards. It will be reasonable priced but it will take longer than you expect and they will do things at their pace and in thier order. It's best not to say anything or ask any questions.

Mark and Sara installed a fiberglass pool 2 years ago and installed the plumbing incorrectly, since day one we had a small leak - After losing inches of water daily - we got a leak detector - $300.00. We were told the major leaks were caused in the jets due to the plumbing installation. The leak detector patched it up as best he could and would buy us time until Mark and Sara would fix their mistake. Mark and Sara refused to make this right and blamed it on the manufacturer. Again, we will have to call the leak detector because the leak has RETURNED. Also, Mark and Sara did not add enough dirt underground, because if we jump in the pool - we can FEEL A HOLLOW SPOT. WE hope it doesn't cave in!!IF YOU READ THIS - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY! YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ALSO BRING ALCOHOL ON THE JOB!!

Beware. They will not do what they say they will do to finish our pool. We had a bad pool company that fail to finish our pool after 16 months of construction, so we decided to fire them and find someone else to finish our pool. I have gotten quotes from others that it would cost us 10k to 13k to plaster my pool. The owner, Mark, pointed out many things that need to be done for our pool besides plaster and adding a heat pump when he came to give me a quote. He said he will do all that and take care of us and get the pool running. He quoted me 18k including electrician coming out to put an extra breaker box to run the heat pump. He said if we don't need that, the price will be adjusted. We also needed to run electrical wires for the waterfall. We agree to have them do it all instead since he sounded like he knows what he is talking about and willing to help us finish the pool. Unfortunately, I was wrong. All they did was clean out our pool, ordered plaster materials, and have a Subcontractor plaster the pool. They came back to put in lights for our pool. When he couldn't get the string through, he call it quit on me. He told me that he doesn't want to touch anything that was put in by the previous company. He won't pull the wire for the waterfall as well. He told me to get someone to dig up our deck and redo the conduit so the wire can be pulled. He was basically hands off after the pool was plastered. When he came back to turn on our pump, he has no idea how the aqualink automation works. He said he hates Jandy products. He did not ask us for permission before cutting off our Jandy pump and glued in their pump. He told me he does not deal with Jandy and we need to call Jandy and have them figure out why it doesn't work. We called Jandy and they informed us that we need to make sure it is the pump not working or else it won't be a warranty service call. They want us to have someone check to make sure first. We called many pool repair companies and pool stores, and most are too busy to care. Some gave us helpful advices and they all think that our pump should never been taken out. Our pump needed to be plumbed back in before they would come out and take a look at automation system. We were left with a lot of unfinished works and Spacecoast pool supplies call it done. The plugs in our main drain were not taken out after pool was plastered. The jet heads in the spa were don't put in right. Our spa jets did not work and backed up water up our venturi vents. They refuse to deliver and install our heat pump until I furnish them the final payment. They denied their mistakes and would not warrenty our pool finish. They plan to file a lien on my house.

Sarah and her husband Mark are amazing! they not only gave us a beautiful pool but helped in any way possible with the process! My husband and I are business owners and I work full time aside from our business. She helped with fpl wires and permit, and helped work out details with other contractors because our time was so limited. Our pool is absolutely beautiful and I would definitely go with them for future needs. This company is honest and fair in price! You can guarantee they will do an amazing job from start to finish! Thank you Sarah and Mark! We look forward to making many memories in our beautiful pool!

I just hired space coast pools a week ago. They ordered the equipment that day, and installed my pool heater, pump and filter all within a week. They were extremely professional, polite and came through with what they told me. I would highly recommend them.

I'm sharing a review only because I appreciate when others do. I rely a lot on reviews. We had Space Coast Pool Supply service our pool for about two years. Noticed the tech was in and out so fast. I kept a log of every time I saw him, which was pretty much weekly. I am retired so home a lot, and the tech usually came early in the morning so rarely missed him. But did notice that he would be in and out so fast. I have a salt chlorinator but never saw him pour salt in. Liquid chlorine, yes, salt no. On July 4th weekend, my brother offered to clean my filter and was shocked to see how filthy it was. It was so heavy with dirt that he had to lift it out with two hands. I called the office on Monday, left a message. Called again on Tuesday, July 6 and spoke with Matt. He said he would make a note for the tech to be sure to check it at least every other week. Again, never saw tech clean it (hose is on back patio so I would be able to see him take it out the lanai door into the yard if he cleaned the filter), and again, he was never here long enough to check the filter. My brother was here again on August 21, so checked filter for me to see if they were cleaning it. Dirty again. About a month and a half worth of dirt. There was also dog hair on /in filter, and the last time I had a dog in the pool was July 4th weekend. Called and cancelled their service on Monday, August 23. Spoke with Sarah, she said she was the owner. She seemed more put off with me than her tech. Never asked me any questions as to why I was stopping service. Since I cancelled on August 23, I still had two weeks/ cleanings I prepaid. I told her to "do the right thing". It is now September 2, and no refund for the two weeks they did not clean my pool. Poor customer service, poor pool service.
