“I recently needed the compressor replaced on the a/c in my car. NOT an easy or inexpensive fix, but can't imagine not having air in my car in August. These guys were fantastic! They got the job done in less than a day and a half, provided shuttle service, and were very reasonably priced. This is a fix that involves removing the entire dashboard, but they did such a neat and professional job that you couldn't even tell. I was very impressed and pleased at the quick turnaround and will definitely be taking my car back here for any future repairs.”

“What an amazing group for people!!! I was treated with such kindness. I was well informed of the process and the progress as my vehicle was being repaired. Everything was done as I was told it would be. The repairs came out beautifully. Car looked brand new again. Thank you to the staff behind the front office. I hope to never need these services again but if I do I know exactly where to head and would encourage family, friends and all to use this company!!!”

“I called on a Monday morning about dropping off a bent wheel that couldn't hold air. Cory was super friendly on the phone and told me to bring it right over. When I arrived I expected to drop off the wheel for a few days. When I got there I asked Cory how long it would take for him to fix it. He said that if I could wait about 20 minutes he could do it now. After he fixed it, he even changed my spare tire! Great service.”

“Jacob and Dylan towed my car from Cocoa to New Smyrna, including me as a passenger, after having two other towing companies that I booked through my Ford Fusion’s extended warranty company cancel/change pickup time on me. Nightmare evening, turned into a very pleasant one due to the two of them! Very polite, considerate, and caring of my situation. Highly recommend!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond! Living in the Miami area, I’ve had my fair share of terrible experiences with towing companies, so this encounter was a truly refreshing surprise and gave me a new outlook on what genuine service looks like. We were in town for Daytona’s Biketoberfest 2025 when, unfortunately, the couple we were traveling with were involved in a serious motorcycle accident and transported to the nearest trauma center. Doug’s Towing, located at 435 S Range Rd, Cocoa, FL, was the company that towed their bike from the scene. Because my name wasn’t on the title or registration, retrieving the motorcycle was a bit tricky, but the staff were extremely accommodating and patient. We managed to get the notarized release just before closing time on Friday—saving us from waiting until Monday and paying extra fees. From the moment I stepped into the office, I could tell this was a different kind of towing company. The front desk staff were kind and professional, and one of the tow truck drivers took the time to ask about my friends’ condition and offered to help me get the bike started. As it turned out, that driver was actually the owner, Mr. Antron Cotman. The bike wouldn’t start due to Harley-Davidson’s tilt-sensor safety system and a drained battery from the hazard lights running since the accident. Mr. Cotman and his team spent nearly two hours helping me troubleshoot, charge the battery, and even calling local dealers until we finally got it running. This level of care and dedication goes far beyond normal customer service. The entire team—several drivers who had already finished their shifts—stayed to help and made sure we were taken care of. As a retired firefighter, I’ve seen a lot of people in tough situations, and I can confidently say that the compassion, professionalism, and genuine humanity shown by Doug’s Towing were exceptional. My wife, my injured friends, and I are deeply grateful for their help. Thank you, Mr. Cotman and team, for your kindness and integrity. God bless you all!”
