Shanna MacArthur was great to work with, super easy and she pulled multiple quotes for me to choose from. Great discounts, and great pricing when the gecko recently raised my rates by 25% for a “statewide adjustment”. Rates with Shanna have held relatively still for the last 2 years with no headaches of changing insurance to play the market.Also shoutout to their roadside assistance process, it couldn’t have been simpler and faster. Tracking on the driver like a delivery service lets you know exactly where they are and when they’ll get to you.

I was faced with an impossible situation when Citizens (the home insurer of last resort) dropped me giving me 120 days to replace my tile roof. I quickly found out when interviewing prospective roofers that tile is not stored, it's made, taking an average of 13 weeks. I was in trouble with not enough time to replace my roof.I contacted Andrew Foster and he stood with me as we tried to secure coverage. Nobody will insure you when the insurer of last resort drops you.Long story short, Andrew was a tremendous help as I tried to navigate various setbacks and time lines. Andrew and Turner Insurance went above and beyond for us when Citizens decided to cancel our policy a few weeks after moving into our new home. He fought hard to help us get the cancellation rescinded. It was not an easy battle and in the end we still needed to get a reroof although our 4-point inspection said our roof had 10 years of life remaining. Insurance in Florida is a scam but Andrew and Turner Insurance will work with you to help you navigate the scam of this state. I feel for their office and the stuff they have to go through on a daily basis. I highly recommend them!
