I will never use this guys. Their store manager is rude and significantly below average intelligence (in my opinion). No wonder they have over 4000 complaints with BBB.

I have never seen a more rude and disrespectful service than what I got here from Ms. Holly Bryant. As a business professor I can tell you that Service industry depends on customer service. Ms. Bryant was demeaning, disrespectful and rude! I am thinking of complaining to Mr Shoen about the bad service. Such rude people should not be dealing with customers

Why do you advertise that you sell propane but the pump is always conveniently broken when the weather is bad?? For goodness sake can you not find better people to work for you? Do you not go through a personality screening test before you hire these people? Can you not see all the reviews of how bad they treat the customers that keep you in business? Do better at training your employees what it means to be a customer service representative!

One of the worst places to get a U-Haul. Holly B is one of the worst reps they have. She can not affectively assist customers with returns, has poor communication skills and clearly does not care to hear out the customer on issues that are U-Hauls fault. I was called a liar, hung up on by Misty and had a door slammed on me by Holly while trying to resolve a simple issue. The incompetence at this facility is mind boggling. Hopefully their beloved corporate an clean house and give people jobs who actually care to assist and be helpful. Probably one of the least professional environments I've ever had to deal with. Is zero stars an option?

Appointment was made for a trailer hitch install within a couple days half of the wires were hanging down and ripped.UNPROFESSIONAL, and instead of running wires to the Frame and attaching them correctly they went through the gas tank hangers. Nothing was holding the wires up. Bad work

Pitiful, these people are helpless, and its evident they don't want to be there. Pulled up to get some propane, girl said she didn't think anyone was there to help me. She went in the store and then came out after 5 minutes to tend to another task.She didn't say a thing to me, I asked if she found anyone to help me. She said no. I asked her how long she was going to allow me to stand there waiting for an answer before I asked. She shrugged her shoulders. Nonexistence customer service, they should close and do all their customers a favor!go somewhere else, save yourself the time

The customer service here is so dry and unfortunate. No one will speak to you unless you address them and they make it seem like you're a bother for asking a simple question and have a sarcastic attitude. Everyone in the store seems miserable. I hope they find jobs that they actually enjoy someday :)

Staff was friendly and helpful. I had an issue arise later on after picking up the equipment and the GM was able to help me out quickly.
