I can't say enough as to how grateful I am for the people at this hub for their amazing customer service and willingness to help. I start a new job this coming week and was waiting on the computer equipment to be delivered and - completely my mistake - missed the delivery by just minutes! I was devastated - but called this hub location to see what I could do, and Amy went above and beyond to call the driver to see if he could redeliver the parcels later that day, and communicated with her coworker Tanya to ensure she knew what was going on. When the driver was unable to circle back, Tanya had me meet her at the hub when the driver returned so I could pick up the equipment - and quite literally saved the day! I can't fully express how grateful I am, especially considering it was my mistake in missing the delivery - they really didn't have to do anything - and could have easily told me I had to wait until Monday - but they wanted to help, and they went that extra mile and as someone who worked retail, in customer service for over a decade, I can quite confidently say that the people at this location know how it's done. I never want to be THAT customer (people who work in customer service know what I mean!) but when I unintentionally had to be that oddball customer situation for the day, they handled it with grace and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I needed three packages for a project in Orlando. The boxes were supposed to ship a couple of days ago but, the packages got held up at the shippers warehouse. My local UPS team has gone above and beyond to try to help me get these packages as quickly as possible, so we can complete our project. The entire team here has worked hard, a special thanks to Kelly, Amy and Hesper!! They have allowed me to hang out at the facility and receive the packages as they pull them out of the trailer and get them scanned. This way I can get on the road as soon as possible. The actual customer service department doesn’t even open for a couple of hours. They continue to check in with me and give me updates as the empty trailers and keep an eye out for my boxes. Ultimately they saved the day. Can’t thank you enough!! What can Brown do for you?? Just be amazing that’s all. :)

Had a package that arrived at the Rockledge center and did not move for about 10 days. Arriving at the UPS center and describing the package size and contents, the service rep (Mrs. Murphy) remembered a package fitting this description that apparently had a damaged label that was unreadable, and was able to quickly locate it, as it was on its way to the Kentucky storage facility. She got us in touch with Oscar at the Kentucky facility and he was able to get the package located and overnighted back to us! This is how customer Service should be done!

Customer Counter Clerk Kelli Greene was a TREMENDOUS HELP getting me taken care me to get all my Amazon shipments sorted and organized. Kelli was extremely kind, attentive, and most importantly caring to my every need. I can say that I have never received service as great as hers... which was TOPNOTCH!!!

Truly mind numbingly awful service. Had mission critical item shipped via UPS 2Day on Wed. with guaranteed delivery Friday. It didn't arrive Fri and was being held at UPS, Rockledge, FL. After spending all morning on phone with 4 different people including 2 "supervisors" at the Rockledge station, even offering to pick up item myself, they refused to make any attempt to resolve the situation. It felt like they took pleasure saying "no". Literally had main "supervisor" suggest a 2nd day express package that ships on a Wednesday actually would arrive on a Monday. Wow. Anyhow, they won't release package until next week when we no longer need so I guess they won. I'll be taking a hard look at USPS and FedEx for the 5000+ packages per year we ship around the country.
