I've come in multiples times in the last few years to drop things off for Amazon return or packages. I've finally had it. The older Asian woman who works there has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Completely miserable everytime you walk in. She's short with people. She never greets anyone and will cut people off and tell them to move aside if they're slow. She's never helpful, hardly goes out of her way to do her JOB. I'll happily drive to a different location from now on. Lady, you need to find a new job or maybe get laid or something. You're way too uptight to be in customer service. Jesus.

My mom and I came to this Ups location today with two carts full of return boxes. TRISH, helped us with the retune in less than 10 minutes and was so immensely kind thoroughly it all. Amazing service!

Worst store ever, do not use if you want your package to arrive in one piece, Owner lied straight to my face. Their negligence cost me over 3700 and yes I got the insurance but they are more worried about covering themselves. They need to get a clue when packing something that involves glass and customer requests to make sure fragile sticker on box put the sticker on how else will drivers know and own up.to your mistake I would give 0 stars if that is an option.

I didn’t get names but the 2 people in there working have patience out of the world. Amazing customer service! I can’t imagine the things they have to deal with this time of year.

Just left and Josh was working alone with the line out the door. He was super patient and helpful to me and everyone else in line. I love this place.

I went to the store today, the Amazon kiosk was down and 2 newer employees didn't know how to fix it.the manager came out barked at them and then when one said they needed help he yelled "I can only do so many things at once" threw a piece of paper on the ground and stormed away.later the phone rang and the associate picked it up, the manager yelled "Yeah, wrong line" on a heavily sarcastic and condescending tone".I knew it was the manager because I asked one of the employees he was talking down to and she said yes he was.Someone needs to teach this clown leadership and stress mgmt skills. let me know when he's gone and I'll come back.

My UPS store has the friendliest employees who really care about their customers. They help educate me on procedures and everything else I need when I come in for their services or products. I feel like they are my friends with a job at UPS. Not only would I recommend this UPS store but I do tell people to go see them for their needs.

Had a horrible experience with the store. Your printing and scanning data is stored on their in store computer and requires an employee to review your documents before they can print or email to you. They do have the capability to by pass the storing in the in store computer but they refused when requested even after I reminded them that they are infringing on their customers privacy. The assistant manager Trish was indifferent to the privacy issue their printing and scanning processes are causing for the UPS brand. I definitely will go to staple now for these Services and have my data and information protected. I hope they get a class action lawsuit for this violation.

I have had to go here twice due to at home printer failures and it has been in and out taking less then three minutes. Cost me one dollar plus tax. Great employees.

Outstanding service! Ressie helped me package a very bulky and difficult package and really made my experience very good. I can’t thank her enough. I’ve always had the best experience at this store. But this was above and beyond.

I sometimes have to go to other locations however this particular location is my first choice. They are always helpful regardless if the line has 2 people or 10 people. They never make you feel rushed but work so efficiently that you hardly notice the time spent there. All theemployees appear to help each other. You never hear anyone ask for help They just step up and do it. It's must have great leadership

Appreciate the new employee Kaylee, for a young adult she has to be one of the politest, kindest people with amazing customer service skills, that I have seen in a while !
