“The staff and doctor were very kind and understanding when we had to put our cat to sleep here on a Sunday. But we waited a looooong time! I understand there is only one doctor and a shift change (maybe add another doc to busy times?) and I also understand that critical emergencies come in and have to be seen ahead of others. We were told several times that we would be seen soon and that didn't happen. For this simple procedure I think we could have gotten in a bit sooner. But I appreciate the professionalism otherwise.”
