The old pharmacist lady talks to you like you are subhuman or she is sick of seeing you. If you are sick of your job just GTFO there. I switched my pharmacy to Publix they treat people like human.

Scheduled a rapid covid test for my child. You have to book at least one day in advance. My wife booked the test. She accidentally put her birthday in for his. When we arrived they would not run the test because of it, and would not let us re enter the information correctly. Declan, the associate was most unhelpful. He informed us we will need to reschedule to another day. Awful customer service.

Very nice people, very quick with meds, and they give my dog a treat. Great customer service.

I’ve been using this Walgreens for 15 plus years. The staff and pharmacy staff have been nothing but kind and professional. During this pandemic it was expected that at times they would be short staffed. I’ve been present to see people be plain out rude to the pharmacy staff for wait times and mistakes. Personally, I see that repulsive. These people have been working so hard during a pandemic to make sure you are all taken care of. How about some kindness and appreciation. It goes along way.

This Walgreens has gotten my business since I moved here. Never have I been impressed...especially the pharmacy. The staff are not polite or friendly! There seems to be no system of how the wait on the customers. Never have I been there that I was I given a smile. They portray a feeling of unhappiness! I've moved all my business elsewhere!

The pharmacy used to be bad. But not anymore! They have a new staff. They are really great now! RX's ready on time. No long lines anymore. They really improved! They are really great now!

It's a funny thing (NOT!) When military, fire, EMS, law enforcement lose their life in service to others, the world weeps for them. But when those who have lost their quality of life due to injuries in the very same fields while serving others and spend the rest of their life crippled and in severe pain, you can count on a brainwashed, judgemental walgreens pharmacist to not like how you look or something about you so refuse to fill your prescriptions anymore. The other pharmacists may disagree but are bound by the one mindless idiot that thinks that everyone on certain meds is an addict and cares nothing about how they were injured serving the pharmacists own community. Maybe even a relative! The customer is treated like a dangerous criminal by these pompous snobs! One even charged my insurance for meds they didn't give me when they told me they couldn't "serve me" any longer. Who is the real "trash" in this scenario? Absolutely disgusting!

Slow service stated prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. Did some errands and showed up 2 hours later only to be told it still wasn’t ready and had to sit in the store for an addition 30 min. Good luck calling the store because all they do is put you on hold. This store is a joke. The final resolution was that Walgreens system wasn’t working properly and they ended up over charging us for a prescription now we have to go back to the store to receive a partial refund. It should not be this stressful or time consuming to get a prescription filled. I would recommend Publix or Walmart pharmacy over this one based on a first time experience.

This is by far the worst drug store I have ever been to. Their drive-through and their pharmacy are absolutely the slowest most inconsiderate part of the store. I waited with three screaming children in the backseat for over 45 minutes and eight cars that were behind me didn't wait. Absolutely no apologies, excuses or acknowledgment from the staff. I would've went in but I had an infant and two crazy children. I felt like I waited that long if I left that would be 45 minutes of my waste of time. I have never wrote a review like this before But I feel like I need to warn you. My husband now he's going to pick up my prescriptions and I told him to brace himself... It doesn't even deserve one star. Good luck to you all and GD help them.

After going back three days in a row for a prescription the I was told the medication wasn't available in that dosage. That was simply not true. Finally they called another Walgreens where I was able to get the correct dose. This pharmacy is totally lacking in customer service.

This place has the slowest most INCOMPETENT workers I have ever seen. The drive through pick up line is NEVER less than a 30 minute wait with 3 cars in the line. Go anywhere else!

It's a great pharmacy and they were always fast and familiar and on top of it. Unfortunately, my insurance won't allow me to go there anymore.
