13305 Roseland Road, Roseland FL 32957
“I absolutely love coming to this Roseland post office location, and that is entirely thanks to Stephanie! Every single time I walk through the door, she is incredibly pleasant, helpful, and highly professional. On top of her top-tier customer service, she always keeps the building smelling amazing, which is a wonderful touch that I truly appreciate. Stephanie is exactly the kind of leader this organization needs in upper management. She should absolutely be put up for a promotion because she is exactly the type of person you want in a higher-up position. Employees like her make running errands a breeze. Thank you, Stephanie, for always doing such a phenomenal job! I'm sorry but I disagree with this 4.1 rating”

“It is really sad with how expensive it is to mail a small package. I cost of things went up but it is really sad. Love to mail things to my nieces and nephews and grandkids. Yes I can order on line but it is not the sane as a hand written letter or card in the package.”

“This post office is great, employees are very friendly, but an hour and a half lunch…?? Not sure I get that especially since the website says an hour… They close from 1130 to 1 o’clock .. I know everybody has to eat, but around the holidays maybe they should not all go together and close the whole post office, just a suggestion...”

“Some reviews are too hard on this post office. Their job is draining. I appreciate this post office and their service. They operate better than larger ones. I've not had any issues and all my packages arrive usually same day they arrive there. All packages I've sent out have been shipped either same day or next morning. Older gentleman that works there is cool and a nice guy. Thanks for what you guys do.”
