My mom came into this store excited to buy a gift for her mom. After making a silly joke at checkout, she overheard a couple employees in the back mocking her and laughing. It’s pretty upsetting that staff would treat a customer this way & thought I’d let people know before they go in there!

My teenage girls and I were so excited about this ship. My oldest daughter needed lip liner and the lady who helped her was so kind. My youngest wanted to create her own scent. It was such a fun concept, but unfortunately the sales lady at that post was not as helpful. Cute shop, but service could be improved.

The make your own fragrance apothecary is AMAZING! My teenage and college aged girls had a wonderful making and it was a perfect souvenir of Rosemary Beach. Ask for Olivia and she will help you create a perfect scent.

I had the BEST experience here. Lynne and her staff went above and beyond to make my bachelorette party feel so welcome, taken care of, and so special. They have amazing name brand products as well had their own line of items. We loved doing the custom scent bar, highly recommend! I couldn’t recommend this store enough and I can’t wait to go back!

Such a cute shop! The perfume bar is divine. I took home 2 custom roller balls and I couldn't be happier. Such a fun shopping experience, I'll definitely come back next time I'm in town!

Cute boutique with 30A prices. Stopped in for their perfume oil sampling bar; they didn't have the scent I was looking for but I walked out with a variety of other acents. They can add scents to bath and body products (bath salts, lotions, soaps, etc.) which is a nice touch for customized gifting. Has a small clothing area to one side and the rest is dedicated to bath and body, candles, AVEDA and a few high-end fragrance lines. Very cozy and welcoming!

Love the scents and aromas of the soaps and oils that greet you at the door~ the entire staff at Pish Posh is incredibly helpful and ready to assist you and care for that special something you are looking for to gift someone else or for yourself! They have an outstanding selection and inventory of Barefoot Dreams eberjey and PJ Harlow to wrap yourself up in this fall and winter!

My mom and I came into the store today and had the worst experience with one of the employees. I had removed the outer sleeve of a bath bomb set to see the contents before purchasing. There was no permanent damage. The employee sighed and rolled her eyes while asking if I needed help. She was busy ringing us up and I just needed to put the sleeve back on (not difficult) so I said, “it’s okay. I’ve got it.” I then reset it to its original condition. While she was ringing us up, we asked about a military discount just as the card was run. We sincerely apologized for not asking a second sooner. She said, “we’ll get it next time.” Her fellow employee asked if they wanted us to rerun it. When we asked how much it was, it was 10% of the $600 purchase so we asked if they could. The original employee grunted, rolled her eyes, and shook her head. We asked if there was an issue as we were getting agitated by her poor attitude. She replied it was “a lot of work to re-do it.” It was literally 3 items. We ultimately told her we’d take our business elsewhere. Such a shame because it’s a great store with lovely, high-end products. I’ve never seen someone in the retail/customer service industry be so rude, especially when it wasn’t triggered by anything we did (in my opinion). We will never return and they lost a purchase.

While on vacation, I bought a nightgown here. I realized once I got home ( Missouri) that I bought the wrong size. I knew my daughter would be going to Florida in two weeks so I sent it with her (with the tags on, with original receipt) so that she could exchange it for me. They refused to exchange it for her because it was a few days outside the 14 day return window. Even after the situation was explained with the manager; they still refused. This is very upsetting because I have enjoyed shopping there every year and have been a great customer over the years. I don’t plan on shopping there anymore. This is not good customer service and although I do understand you have rules to protect your business; you should also be accommodating especially in these circumstances.
I just read your response. This is not true. The nightgown was bought in maroon and she found a nightgown in black that she wanted to exchange it for. The black nightgown was the same price, the same style and brand. It was just in a different color. It was not the color I wanted but atleast it would’ve fit me. Doing this, would not have hurt your store in any way. I bought the nightgown on March 12 and she tried to return it on April 30th. This was four days outside of the return window. Is your business here to help customers or only for personal gain?

I came here specifically looking for Caudalie products, which I found, but the 2 people working were far more concerned with their gossip than helping customers. The entire time I was in there no one even looked up to say hello.
