Noteworthy details: They have their own private beach chairs which is really nice, Because you don't have to fight the crowds. There's pools there.

The Inn was such a cute find for our honeymoon! We had a fantastic view of the beach and the weather and water this time of year is perfect. I’d just warn others to bring your own chairs as they take them pretty early, we came down at 3:40 and they were gone. Otherwise it is such a great place to stay and will be rebooking!

Our stay at The Rosemary Inn was fantastic! The location is perfect; we parked our car and didn't move it until it was time for us to check out. The beach chairs and umbrella set up was convenient and well planned. The staff during check in and housekeeping were professional and helpful. The building is charming and quaint. It was quiet and relaxing. We loved the easy access to the beach and we could see the beach from our room. We only used our comp breakfast coupon one day.

My husband and I first heard about the Rosemary Beach Inn via an Instagram post! After seeing some amazing reviews, we decided to spend a week here for our honeymoon & we could not be more thrilled! Our room was on the second floor. It was comfortable, the AC was lovely (as it was the middle of June), and the complementary Keurig was perfect for morning coffee. The Inn is STEPS to the beach, and the complimentary breakfast at the Summer Kitchen was delicious! We did not get in our car once. We ate at the restaurants all around the Inn for dinner each night. The Inn has an umbrella and chairs already set up for you on the beach AND you have access to four community pools! This was a dream! We will absolutely be back, and have already told family that they need to come stay as well! Thanks!Walkability: Steps to the beach! Steps to restaurants!

I recently stayed at Rosemary Beach and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is truly stunning. The beautiful surroundings and proximity to the white beaches of 30a make it understandable why the hotel is priced the way it is.However, I must mention that our room was quite small and lacked a sitting area. The bed, on the other hand, was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. One minor issue was that the air conditioning never got below 68-69 degrees, which might not be ideal for those who prefer cooler temperatures, like myself.Another aspect I wished for was sheer curtains, allowing us to open the blinds without sacrificing privacy. Nevertheless, the service provided by the management company was exceptional, which made our stay more enjoyable. One thing to note is that parking can be a challenge, particularly if you arrive closer to 6 PM for check-in. Be prepared for a bit of a walk with your luggage. With only one other hotel next door, the advantage of dining at a rooftop restaurant and then simply walking downstairs for breakfast, followed by a short walk to the beautiful beaches, is truly priceless. If you're looking for a more luxurious experience, I would suggest considering renting a house or cottage in the area. However, if you value the breathtaking location and convenience, the hotel at Rosemary Beach is still a worthwhile choice.

Would not recommend. My boyfriend and I booked a long weekend here for my birthday this June and unfortunately, his father has fallen ill and will be in the ICU for the next 6 weeks. We were so excited to stay here but have to cancel due to this. We called the number and Rebecca answered the phone and was rude off the bat. We asked how her day was when she picked up and she responded “well I’m working on a Sunday so not great.” We explained to her our situation and she had attitude the entire phone call. She REFUSED to let us speak to a manager when we asked for it. So here we are almost a thousand dollars out, more than 2 weeks in advance and can’t even get in touch with a manager. We were so excited to be staying here before and we’re planning to book another trip right after his dad gets out of the hospital but we have been turned off from this place now. Shocked that such a nice place in Rosemary Beach would treat us this way.

Rosemary Beach is simply beautiful. The shops are eclectic and all seem rather full and staffed. The private beach is really pretty yet it’s congested. We rented an umbrella and chairs but feel taking our own would have been better as it’s expensive and the umbrellas ☂️ are so low you feel as if you are in a tent. Having to use a card to access the beach made it exclusive yet anyone staying nearby can walk the beach. We rented a house close by and accessed the beach for the Rosemary Beach Inn Guest and if you are renting in RB. The Rosemary Beach Inn is stunning as we stopped in for a visit headed to the private beach and is the closest landmark that will allow you to pin when reviewing.

Expensive lodgings not to have wireless prowess in 2022. Signal so poor, the Inn's streaming TV services could not hold signals. Also room temperature never we t below 72 degrees when thermostat set at 68 per instruction from Inn...do not set below 68 degrees. Stayed the week of the 4th of July.

Great location. The house was good, not stocked with enough dry goods( toilet paper and paper towels). Lites on 2nd floor stairway don't work and a finish nail at entry of 2nd floor bathroom needs set into floor. Jim

Great place to stay without kids. Close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Once you park your car, don't move it. You can have groceries delivered with instacart and everything else you can walk to. We had a great anniversary weekend trip.

The rooms are microscopic. They are so small there is no room for a luggage stand, you cannot bend over in the shower or you’d hit your head when you bent forward, the bathroom trash can has to sit in the middle of the bathroom as there is no room for it in the bathroom. I am astonished they can get away with having rooms this small. There is very little sound barrier between rooms, so don’t imagine you’ll have peace and quiet. The doors use codes and many of the codes are the same or easily guessable - so zero security. There is an off odor in the building that permeates. The cell phone reception is nonexistent so Wi-Fi is key, but… the Wi-Fi hardly works. It is slow as dial-up (if anyone can remember that).Other problems/deficiencies- No lotion, broken Keurig, no water pressure, no housekeeping (though they advertise they daily clean)Positive side - good location. Nice linens. Comfortable bed.I would never waste money on this property, which is wildly expensive.I hope this review saves you some disappointment.
