WARNING, homes will not be ready until 7PM (intentionally) and will not be completely cleaned. Checkout is early at 10am. No idea what they do with that 9hoir window, definitely not clean the property

We've been visiting the 30A area for 25 years and our recent stay with @rosemarybeachflorida was undoubtedly our worst experience. For starters, we were not provided access to our home until 9 p.m. on the day of check-in and were forced to be out by 10 a.m. on our check-out day. In my book that's a 6 day rental, not a 7 day rental! And when we finally got there, the condition of both the pool and the home were so poor that we questioned whether staying was a wise health

Just a great venue for this event. The restaurants never disappoint and the wines are mostly higher end ones. My only knock is please make sure your wine people have enough wine to last until event is over. Not an hour before.
