I have to say, this UPS store is one of the best mail and delivery services I've visited. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. Conveniently located in a smaller shopping center at the intersection of 98 and 30A, it's easily accessible.

Every time I walk in, I’m greeted warmly by name, and the team there always has a smile and is ready to assist me. They’re incredibly flexible when I use my own commercial shipping account and often help me with the weighing and measuring so that I don’t have to. We always have fun conversations while they help me, which makes every visit a pleasure. As a small business owner, I appreciate how supportive they are; they genuinely feel like an extension of my own team. I’m grateful to have such friendly, professional partners right here in the neighborhood! Highly recommended!

Funny you shipped my exact same board 2 times from your store to Miami in the past. Your employee even confirmed past shipments of my board. So either your employees are poorly trained, or you don't follow UPS policies. POOR SERVICE! Go somewhere else.

Avoid using if you are placing an Amazon shipment pick up location. They apply a fee to “sign for and hold” your packages but do not post or indicate before pick-up.

Horrible! Absolutely Horrible! I shipped a small package from here to TX and was told that it would arrive in less than 6 days. It arrived in 7 and was bent in all kind of unbelievable ways even though the envelope I put it in said “DO NOT BEND!” I cannot believe this is how UPS does business. Never again at ANY UPS location!

We live in Oregon and while on a work trip to Florida we found the giant mirror of our dreams. Needing to ship it pronto, we stopped in at the nearest UPS store, in spite of the fact that the sales person at the antique store told us they would be the priciest. We were in a time crunch and they were conveniently located. These guys went above and beyond. They jumped in with whatever supplies we needed to securely wrap the mirror and showed us a way to save $$$, and still leave the package with them to ship. They were friendly and helpful and our mirror arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

This location shows up as eligible for free pick up on Amazon. However, the employee tried to charge us $5 to pick up the package.
Update: Was OK paying the $5 as Amazon offered to refund it, but the store can no longer find our package. We got lectured about how we should have just sent the package to our Condo and that business have to charge fees to stay open. Told the store to get delisted from Amazon if thats the case. Following up with UPS Corporate and will update my review with the outcome. Good luck all!
