Best place in Florida for boat work.
100% worth the trip to get here.
The management is on point. The staff is fantastic, the facilities are super clean, and the local crowd is always ready to help with great knowledge; both contractors and boat owners. Highly recommend place.

Brady and the guys got us right into the slings as we pulled up. They had us out, powerwashed, and blocked in no time at all.....and the prices are very reasonable. A+ on my experience here so far.

This boat yard has a small town, down home feel. One of the owners, Brady takes care of his customers. I felt at all times that they would fair and friendly. John, a yard employee was especially helpful. He was always ready to lend a hand and did on several occasions. They dont gouge on pricing and have a clean and safe yard. I'll be storing my boat here whenever I'm in Port Charlotte during the off season.

One of the best boatyards I have been at. Very clean, reasonably priced, very organized. The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly. Whether you need to work on your boat or just store it, I would highly recommend this place.

Please be advised that Appleton is no longer closed. Keystone Blvd is now closed. Alternate routes off Keystone would be Calumet to either Appleton or Ingram Blvds. Thank you.

I was lucky enough to buy my boat while it was stored at Charlotte Harbor Boat Storage. The staff is very accommodating and proficient moving and getting the boat in and out of the water. I spent a few months getting my boat ready for sailing, they kept the bathrooms, yard, and dock in top notch condition and clean. I highly recommend them for any short or long term storage or for a quick DIY project.
