I wish their cashiers will simply say, "Hello and have a good day," I want to enter 7-Eleven, make a purchase and leave without being asked nosy and personal questions or pressured to buy an item I don't need. Perhaps, they should work at car dealership. I don't plan on befriending any of their cashiers, so, I could careless about making small talk with them. I suggest that their cashiers make friends in their spare time, find a hobby after work, go to school, educate themselves about facial/body language, seek a psychiatrist for benzos or maybe attend AA/NA meetings 2-3 times a week or seek therapy.

EXTREMELY RUDE. IVE CALLED 12:00am 4/5/23 to ask if they have mosquito bug spray, before I make the 30 minute drive because I’m camping with my sons. The overnight employee was extremely rude telling me “I don’t feel like looking, come to the store and figure it out”…..

Please don’t go to this 7 eleven, the workers are so rude and nasty, I brought gas for my car i had a problem with the pump I went inside for assistance and got cursed out by the workers. Never ever again i will not be spending my money in that 7-eleven i will be letting my family and friends about my experience!!! Thumbs down ??

All these reviews are old and must be from when they had different owners. It's owned by an Indian couple now and it seems like they actually care about their customers. That's rare to see in a 7-Eleven.

DO NOT USE THE APP FOR GAS!!! I used the app and they put a $100 HOLD ON MY DEBIT CARD!!! It took several days to a week for that "HOLD" to come off! WTH do you need to put a hold on that much money and why do you need to put a hold on ANY money coming from a debit card???!!! They are so lucky I didn't have a bunch of bills coming in that would bounce or all hell would have broke lose!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNCIVILIZED AND RACIST. My husband and I felt not only offended, but humiliated two days ago, when visiting this store. We needed a propane tank for our new barbecue. I stayed in the car while my husband entered the store to do the purchase. Due to a misunderstanding, we paid for the refill option instead of the new tank. My husband did not hear/understand the guy saying "exchange". They walked outside the store, towards the propane shelves, where the guy requested for the empty tank. When my husband explained he needed a new one instead, they started arguing over the issue. The guy started walking back to the store and my husband followed along, right behind him. They kept arguing, all of the sudden, the guy turned around and opened his arms in a menacing gesture, almost pushing my husband back with his chest, yelling at my husband. He turned around and headed back into the store, so did my husband. I got out of the car and followed suit inside the store. When I entered, the cashier (a woman) was yelling at my husband, who was trying to explain and she would not let him. I asked what was going on and the guy started to yell at us as well. They did not want to give the money back, so my husband said he was calling the police. The guy got extremely violent and grabbed the cash from the register and then almost threw it on the counter for us to get it. We turned around to leave and as we were walking away, she says "This Spanish don't speak English" in a very despiteful way. We are filing a huge complaint and will never come back here, to be treated like a cockroach by these people.

Rude staff that rushed me saying "Are you done yet? I have to go to the back.." Umm, excuse me, but you're the one standing less than a foot away from me acting like I'm going to steal something. Very overpriced. Food is always old. Disorganized.

The cashier rings me up for $16.60 then tells me my card didn’t go through but my bank took the money already
