Long story short, my husband disabled his phone and we basically needed a new one to create a new Apple ID. Brian and Matias were so helpful, as soon we walked into the store they greeted us with a smile. We were in and out of there in 15 mins. We appreciate the help and the swiftness of it! I had a problem regarding a new wireless account I had just opened online. I came in to the store to see if they could help me resolve my problem. Paula went above and beyond to help me to resolve the situation. I was so thankful to find a the personal help that I needed by going in to the store in Royal Palm Beach.

I was helped by Emily and Paula. This is probably the 3rd time now. That Emily has helped me out with issues with Mt phone. The vast knowledge she has about cell phones is amazing. I used to work for cell phone companies in my 20's im 44 years old now. So I like to think im Mr Know It All. But apparently not, the quickness of her support. Is just so cool to see. How fast she can maneuver thru the phones settings. Is faster then I could ever do even in my hay day. I have a Galaxy Z Fold 4. She has helped me with certain functions not working and settings not set right. As well as my issue with my phone plan. I was told one thing over the phone. When I got by Bill was not what I signed up for. Emily was able to take care of it so quickly. This last time I was in the store front. She started to speak Spanish to a lady that Paula was helping. I was so shocked my mouth dropped. I'm Latin myself and never knew Emily was also. Goes to show you can't judge a book by its cover. Then she tells me Paula knows 5 languages. I know 3 myself so I was very shocked. That im not the smartest in the room. Hahaha, it was a joy to have the experience I have had with Emily thus far. Paula your cool too lol. I was in/out of the store expeditously and being able to get everything done. Emily was a huge help. I had previously spent hours on the phone with various AT&T reps with nothing accomplished. Emily was knowledgable and friendly. I would definitely go back.

So, I went in today because my current internet provider has been down for 10 days and the customer service is horrendous. Then their Employee Emily quickly helped me and gave me information one what they could and could not do. I’m not even a customer and they were very helpful to me.
