“I have a 2018 ram 1500 with a rough country level kit and let me tell u after installing my leveling kit myself I had a slight rattle I could not figure out . Brought it over to farm boy customs and they had a solution and fix completed in under 30 mins!!! And didn’t even charge me a dime !! The washer was placed incorrectly on the shock which was causing the rattle , they removed the shocks put the washer in correct location and tightened everything down and again did it at no cost to me ! Will definitely be back here to get the rear suspension done also will be recommending to anyone who needs truck work done 10/10 experience, staff was extremely nice also giving me a water from his personal fridge because I forgot mine . Great place !”
“Was on the road with my 07 F250 and noticed that my battery voltage was getting low. Light came on, and I immediately remembered that I had warranty from advanced auto on my old batteries. The closest Advanced discount auto parts was here. As soon as I pulled up and walked in the door when I was greeted with friendly employees wanting to help me out. Joe and Gilbert were awesome!! They made an almost bad day turn very pleasant, they called the store I bought the batteries from in palm beach county and found my warranty info. Joe himself swapped my old batteries for the new ones in a timely manner. Great store and staff!! Will definitely be back! Thank you Joe and Gilbert!!”

“O’Reilly’s Auto Parts is the kind of place you stumble into half-crazed and under-equipped—and somehow walk out feeling like a competent citizen again. The staff is sharp, friendly, and dangerously efficient. Questions were answered without hesitation, parts appeared with suspicious speed, and nobody tried to upsell me into financial ruin.

“This review is about a wonderful employee, also an issue with the other staff. I was in there going to get some ATF fluid for my car no one was helping and then a kind gentleman offered to help me when he came over to help me and found what I needed but was pulled away to do something else and was being spoken to in an inappropriate manner by a gentleman and a woman employee. I put down the fluid and walked out of the store. As I was leaving the store he walked outside with parts walking to a vehicle as I was backing away I stopped to get his name. He says Aaron he kindly asked me if I got what I needed I said no I didn’t like how they were treating you. I reassured him it was nothing he had done and that he’s a wonderful gentleman and I appreciated his help. After that I decided to go to advanced auto parts to get my ATF fluid instead. I truly hope this review reaches upper management. If a customer is being helped the employee helping should never be pulled away. I myself have been in customer service over 11 years no manager employee anyone has pulled me away from helping someone. Napa missed out on business due to something as simple as common courtesy towards your customers and employees.”
