“I had such a great experience at A-1 Japanese Auto Care! Everyone was incredibly kind, honest, and efficient, and I was very pleased with their pricing and service.
I originally took my car to the dealership and was told I needed new brakes and would have to pay close to $1,450. I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m so glad I came here. They actually took the time to check my car and found that the issue wasn’t that I needed new brakes at all. They fixed the actual problem for around $300 and had everything done quickly.
A huge thank you to Tri and Victor for all of their help! I really appreciated how honest and helpful they were throughout the whole process. It’s such a relief finding a place you can trust with your car. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend A-1 Japanese Auto Care to anyone having car issues!”

“I brought my GMC in because there was a strange vibration. After test driving the truck and looking at everything they determined the transmission was over heating. Fabian suggested we do a transmission service first to see if that cleared it up. My 2015 GMC Yukon XL runs much better. He could have tried to sell me a transmission but he did the right thing and saved me money and gave me more time before needing such a big expense. Looking out for your customer is the best way to do business.”
“Great experience. Nice guys @ the Palm Beach location. Brandon was willing to take me in right away. Had his mechanic fix the problem and took care of everything.
Now a days it so hard to find a good & honest mechanic, and everyone has bad experiences with some more than others. It's not very often I would recommend an auto shop, but Brandon and his staff has me wanting to return for other maintenance or repairs real soon.
So, if you want a friendly, reasonably priced, no nonsense place to bring your car, try them out.”

“Fast, courteous and professional tire repair at a fair price. This is a basic, no frills operation that simply gets the job done. I stopped by, no appointment, with an 18" alloy mag wheel with a damaged tire sidewall. I also brought the specific tire I wanted installed: They had no problem with that and no 'attitude' about bringing my own tire. They had the blowout off and the replacement tire installed and balanced in less than a half an hour. There was absolutely no damage to the expensive wheel. I will do business with this company again. I wish I would have known about them years ago! And yes, I did tip because they deserved it.”

“Drove around the area for three days and got turned down by almost every tire shop because my rims were powder coated, and too high risk to work on, and they were afraid of scratching or damaging the rims. I came here without even calling it was immediately helped with the best customer service I’ve experienced. The job took 15 to 20 minutes, and the rims we’re handled perfectly without a scratch both guys Peter and his employee were extremely nice and respectful. I will definitely be coming back every single time I need to do anything with my tires or rims and will be sending all of my friends and family to him as well. I came into Goodyear Auto Service in Royal Palm Beach for a tire repair after getting a nail in my tire. They were extremely busy that day and initially told me I would likely be waiting until the end of the day. Since I wasn’t from the area and had no other choice, I agreed to wait, which I expected would be around three hours.
I explained my situation to the manager, and he went above and beyond by bumping me up in the queue. Within just 30 minutes, my vehicle was taken in and they started working on it.
The customer service was amazing, and what made it even more meaningful was that I had received the same great service when I visited this location about two years ago. That experience was actually the reason I decided to come back.
It’s rare to find a business that shows such great customer service, compassion, and understanding, especially when they’re already extremely busy.
