Definitely missed the staff when this was BB&T. Julie was great. I don’t think Truist understands the point of a drive through. Waiting longer than if you went inside is not normally the point of a drive-through.

Unprofessional and awful experience. After an already stressful experience with a car salesman who mishandled my financial information, I go to this bank for assistance. Dealing with Julie was a regrettable discussion. She assured me all the paperwork went through and everything was approved. The communication became vague and stopped altogether. After leaving voicemails and emails I eventually got a call from another associate at the bank who informed me mistakes have been made and long story short to spare details, I in fact am not approved for at least another 6 months. Julie led me to believe everything had gone through just fine, then stopped communicating. At one point, she emails me asking when I can stop by that day. I reply with a time and when I show up she informs me she needs to go on a two hour lunch break because they do not pay overtime. I work two jobs with little time in between, I was not happy, and just wanted this done and over with. They knew the matter was time sensitive and continued to let me believe everything was fine. They offered me a $25 card to make up for the unprofessional communication I've experienced.
