Purchased an oil container from this location. Within a week, after 1st use, the plastic cap in the middle of the container, that blocks oil flow into the container, broke on one end while being twisted on.
After the 3rd oil change on our car, within a day, the oil outlet cap (also plastic) partially cracked at the seam creating a mess in the storage area (drip leaked oil over a few hours).
Took it back for a return and the young dude behind the counter flat out refused indicating it was used. I tried to explain that yes, only after it was used that the issue was encountered but not only did he continue to refuse but was rude enough to point to the name tag on his shirt and asked me to contact his manager the next morning. He even attempted to blame the damage on the container being dropped but when pointed out that the damage was to the center and end caps only, he just shrugged. I attempted to have a warranty exchange or exchange for a different one but he continued to rudely dismiss any thing else.
At that point another employee, Paul, walked in and I explained the situation. He took a minute to review the purchase, asses the damage to the pan and then processed it as a warranty exchange which made perfect sense. Kudos to him for doing teh right thing.
I believe both caps, made of flimsy plastic, very likely failed due to hot oil coupled with plastic fatigue. I dont have high hopes from the replacement container either but now know better than to expect a warranty exchange from this business which it seems depends on whimsical employees.
The experience was rather unpleasent. Would definitely stay away from this location (in the Walmart complex on SR-7) in the future and O'Reilly's in general. Thankfully their are enough options in the area for auto parts & accessories.

I called in advance and gave them the exact specs on the battery in my car. And they said they had it in stock. I even explained that I had been to two other stores that said they had it in store online and they didn't have it. And when I got there 15 minutes later they told me they didn't have it. But they had a battery that was a hundred dollars more. I explained and read them the number I called to confirm I was at the right location. Because they tried to blame it on another location. They confirmed I had called the right number. But shockingly no one remembers speaking to me. So they gave me a twenty-dollar discount. I am so upset at the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior shown by this location. If you made a mistake you should own it as a professional. Would not recommend this store.

I paid for a part from them that they claimed would fit my year make and model. It didn’t. Went to return it and the mentally impaired man at the counter told me I was ineligible for a refund because said part had been used. It was on the car for minutes and after seeing that it wasn’t the correct part I removed it. Autozone gave me a refund for the same issue please go anywhere but here. Hell even Napa would be better

I recently bought a part from this store for my car that their website says is supposed to fit my car, it however did not fit when I went to install it. I went to return it and the staff refused to give me a refund because it was “used”. Very disappointing experience and wasted money. Would not recommend.

I came in looking for windshield wipers. Larry was so kind to find the best ones for me. They weren't super easy to install (because of my car) but Larry took the time to figure it out and make sure they were working properly. Thank you, Larry!
