I brought my truck in for front brake pads after I attempted them myself. I pressed the driver side caliper and put everything back the way it was. I called Brake World and they said $200 for front brakes. After I got there and they had my truck on the lift with the wheels off they told me that I needed new front calipers, rotors, and brakes!?! I asked if the calipers were seized, or if the rotors were warped? The manager told me the driver side front caliper was seized up and both rotors were warped. I know this isn’t true because I was just working on that wheel and the caliper moved fine. The manager was extremely disrespectful after I told him I did not want them to change the calipers and the rotors. I will not bring any business to Brake World in the future. I learned my lesson. Thank God, I know enough about brakes and calipers or they would’ve sold me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need!

I came here a few months ago to get some new brakes, and the owner and everyone who I encountered was so friendly. Great service, and the most fair prices I could find. 10/10

I knew I needed brakes , unfortunately I needed both rotors and pads on front and back $$? It is a blind item like most auto repairs are. They seemed honest with a fair price.

I had a great experience with Brake World. The staff was professional, friendly, and most importantly-honest. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and didn't push any unnecessary repairs. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend this place!

I have a oil change and I wait two & have hours they did have the filter after that when they finish I found my car with grease allover the hood door handle and the two fenders steering wheal and seat I wont use them any more

So I called the store Monday morning 5/19 and I spoke with the Manager Eli, I informed him that I spoke with the owner about 3 weeks ago and sent pictures of my 15 passenger bus and was told that they could fix the the A/C and run a diagnostic to see why the check engine light was on. Eli informed me that the owner was not there however he had people there that could fix it so bring it in Today Friday. I came in Eli was at the front desk as usual only this time extremely rude from the door telling me that even though he told me to come in today now it's going to rain and to come back after the holiday, and now he says we probably won't be able to fix it anyway. So needles to say he could have just said that over the phone and saved my colleague and I a 45 minute drive and a total waste of our time. I wish I could give them no stars, for being so unprofessional.

Service is great here and prices also are fair. Great customer service and my brakes are back to new front and back. I originally found them on Nextdoor where they are Neighborhood favorites since 2012. I think I found my new mechanic!!

I'm 75 and this is my first review . These guys are the VERY best. They are fair, honest, professional, capable and curtious. Eli and his brother could not have been nicer. Just a great all around experience.

Just left Brake World where I experienced the fastest and most efficient customer service ever at a repair shop. I went in to get a new brake light. I feel remiss for not having cash on me and unable to tip so I hope this review will help relay my gratitude. Thank you so much!!! :)
